Caffe Bianchi In Firenze

The thing I appreciated most about the place was the great kindness and helpfulness of the bartender. Unfortunately I found myself in a critical situation as my cell phone was completely out of battery. As soon as it arrived, I asked if it was possible to put it on charge for a while to recover some of the battery and I was immediately told where to put it even though I hadn't ordered anything yet. Obviously in the end, to be fair, I took a bottle of water, paid at a low price (it's a bar near the Pitti Palace) to be close to an important tourist site! . I was only sorry not to be able to try other products from the place, which seemed very good to me. Surely if one day it happens to me I will return. I highly recommend the place especially for the education of the staff

My spouse and I dropped in here every day for five days, for coffee and pastries at the bar for no reason other than that it was conveniently located to where we were staying. The coffee was excellent, the pastries delicious and the interaction with the people who run the place was smiling, old-school, wonderful. The prices were absolutely fine. I cannot understand the bad reviews that Caffe Bianchi gets on the basis of our really excellent experience.

Excellent service and sublime pastries, it made me remember the pastries from when I was a boy, the good, homemade ones. I'll be back soon.
