Caffe Bianchi In Firenze

Bueno, la gente no está de acuerdo sobre Caffe Bianchi. Nos gustó el café, que estaba cerca de donde nos alojamos. Los otros turistas parecían detenerse en el Palacio Pitti y no continuar. Y sí, el precio es un poco alto, pero el servicio es bueno y energético. No almorzaríamos aquí, pero simplemente pasar el rato en el entorno histórico era agradable.

The macchiato, americano and cappuccino was so good that we had to go back for another visit on our last day in Firenze. Take the coffee at the bar inside, enjoy the nice guy making the coffee and the interior.

As is usual in Italy, you pay lower prices for standing at the bar than if you were sitting outside. To be fair, this was also explained on small signs. So if you're upset, it helps to find out more. I found the lady who served us extremely charming. After a visit to the Boboli Gardens, the café was the ideal opportunity for a break. We didn't regret it. Highly recommended.

Great, affordable espresso from kind people. Don't pay attention to the complaints, they are wrong or do not understand the culture. I'm a foreigner and I enjoyed Bianchi :)

Old bar of which there are unfortunately few left. We had some beers on the terrace, where the owner treated us very kindly. Surprised at how cheap they were, and that he offered us some tapas with them for free. Absurd people who do not know how to value the authenticity and purity of a place should refrain. There are no luxuries or so much nonsense here. We will return.

Cheap compared to the rest of Florence, old and recommended for a stop and rest

The espresso, capuccino that we ordered and the hot chocolate were the best we had in our short stay in Florence. The pastries were really good as well. It’s a small place and the seats outside are on the walkway but it was really cozy and the server were accommodating and efficient. We want to go back someday. 😊

It's a nice place, but the prices are exaggerated, 6 euros for a 33cl peroni, even if the place is old or close to a tourist site, I don't know if it's worth the trick.

Stopped in for a caffè corretto. The owner was a nice guy. All the bad reviews just mean he’s not there to please you, as far as I can tell. I appreciate these kinds of bars, that remain in every city, but which are fading in time. Historic interiors, no nonsense professionalism, idiosyncratic character and charisma. Some reviews talk about overcharging, but they all seem to be talking about table service, which is always more expensive in Europe. Better to stand at the bar, like a local, drink your coffee, try speaking a little Italian, and have a sense of humour. He was a good guy, the drink was right, the price fair.
