Asparagus and crispy speck risotto, here too small portions for €15 Served on a frozen plate. When asked for wines, I was expecting some more proposals in addition to those of the house, perhaps a wine list, we would have preferred a bottle to match but I chose a glass from those listed kindly but hastily by the waiter.
