Café Romano In Roma

Personally, it was the best food I ate in Rome for a week. It's a bit expensive, but it's a restaurant I definitely want to go back to!

Opto per frutta e pane tostato con selezione di marmellate francesi e caffè americano , quest’ ultimo armonico e dal gusto equilibrato al palato , Un gusto direi inconfondibile morbido , giusto che accompagna i miei piatti . Servizio e cortesia 10 e Prodotti di altissima qualità ne fanno un luogo dove poter tornare e rilassarsi , leggendo un quotidiano e proseguire una bellissima passeggiata per il centro di questa città - da segnalare accettano cani nella sala colazioni. A la carte menu from the breakfast menu (very rich in savory and sweet dishes) they also have a dedicated menu for Italian or international breakfast. I opt for fruit and toast with a selection of French jams and American coffee, the latter harmonious and with a balanced taste on the palate, I would say an unmistakable, soft taste that accompanies my dishes. Personal and smiling, always indiscreet and super professional. Service and courtesy 10 and products of the highest quality make it a place where you can return and relax, reading a newspaper and continuing a beautiful walk through the center of this city - it is worth mentioning that they accept dogs in the breakfast room. Bar of a 5 star hotel, good service and quality food. It's a shame that when you sit outside you are harassed by dozens of street vendors and gypsies.

Great Food, Impeccable service 1. Homemade Tagliolini & Shaved Truffles 2. Tagliata Manza Tartufo 3. Fruit Tarts 4. Bread as starters ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bread and tarts were complimentary, & no coperto! Table water was a tad pricey @ €7 per bottle and we got 2. All in all, very happy with this meal!

We just happened upon Cafe' Romano while we were out sightseeing and began looking for dinner options. The nice outdoor seating area initially attracted us, then we stopped and read the menu. I had the beef filet, with potato pie and spicy chicory that was absolutely delicious. I had never had spicy chicory so I asked the wait staff and decided to give it a try. It was definitely a good choice. My husband had the ravioli and raved about it as well. The service was equally wonderful. The only complaint I have had nothing to do with the restaurant itself, but we did not like that street vendors would walk up to us while dining asking us to buy roses, bracelets, etc. Had we dined inside, I know that would not have been an issue, but then we wouldn't have soaked in all the beauty of Rome that was around us.
