28/12/2024: I stopped here for lunch by chance.
This is a bar/trattoria, probably a bar that is evolving into a trattoria, and in my opinion, they are on the right path.
The place is small, an internal room with six tables, there is a second room with a removable cover probably suitable for the summer months.
I ate in the first room, wooden beamed ceiling, terracotta floor with wooden tables and chairs, for me a perfect trattoria-style plus.
The mise en place is simple but tidy and tidy, you can see they care.
I took paccheri del Chalet (house dish) then paccheri with porcini mushrooms, bacon, pachini and buffalo mozzarella, as a side dish baked potatoes.
Not a short time but I read care in the preparation, and in fact I was pleasantly surprised, as they say "excellent and abundant", perfect al dente cooking of the pacchero, interesting combination of the ingredients indicated, the first definitely promoted.
The baked potatoes were very good, excellent spiciness without being too savory, personally a little more crunch would have been better, but it's a matter of personal taste but the flavor was amazing.
As regards the service, the girl is always present and attentive to the customer's needs without being intrusive, good. She was also promoted.
Desserts, I asked for a cheesecake but it wasn't available, I opted for a berry semifreddo, good but not very semifreddo, in the frozen and hard sense, I had to wait for it to soften with a spoon. Maybe they read me and improve here too.
Conclusions: interesting trattoria, small but nice and clean place, excellent for lunches or dinners with colleagues and friends. Good food and good service.

22/09/2024: I went to this place for lunch with my family. We received an excellent welcome, the first courses were plentiful and of high quality, both from sea and land, and the meat was also excellent. Competent and very friendly staff. Highly recommended we will definitely return.
