Evening aperitif. Despite it being Halloween, the staff was very efficient. The drinks were good, and the appetizers were average.

Nothing to say about the atmosphere, the staff were quite rude. 9 euros for a simple prosecco accompanied by peanuts and crisps seems excessive to me.

Excellent menu and professional service. Always a pleasure to return when we are in Viareggio!!! We last went for lunch on Saturday afternoon October 4th. Sunday and the vacation season may require a reservation, especially for dinner.

I honestly had an amazing experience here! The service and food were outstanding, and Marco was absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. I’m surprised by some of the previous reviews because my visit was nothing like that. I’d really encourage you to give this place a try, you might be pleasantly surprised :)

A wonderful evening. I don't understand anyone complaining about the prices, since they're listed on the menu. The food was excellent, and the waiters were polite. The owner is incredibly kind and accommodated our newborn's needs.

23/09/2025: Despite its poor appearance, the pizza is very good.
19/08/2025: The pizza is certainly not the best in the region. The price is commensurate: very cheap. We had a really hard time ordering because the lady was very annoyed, wanting to do everything quickly; we felt unwelcome in this pizzeria from the very first moment. It was obvious that she didn't want to serve us. Perhaps it was because we were there with two small children. The lady (owner) obviously didn't speak English, but spoke a little quickly in Italian. All attempts to explain things to her via online translator failed. But I wouldn't recommend this pizzeria. The pizzas weren't moist, so it's not worth it. The atmosphere is okay.

Piccolo Mondo

09/10/2025: First night in Lucca and didn’t have a reservation anywhere. Tried to get into a highly recommended restaurant but it was full. Found Piccolo Mondo and they could take us (only 2 people). Food was excellent - soup, shrimp risotto, broccoli flan and spaghetti bolognese. All great! But service was horrible - the staff made us feel like they were doing us a favour by even recognizing us. But there are SO many great restaurants to enjoy that one doesn’t have to put up with such poor service.
09/09/2025: Great welcome, very good food, attractive prices, we had a pleasant time, very good atmosphere. Pasta with porcini mushrooms for 13€ really delicious, entirely homemade
