Amazing service and atmosphere! A musician was playing in the square while we were having our late lunch at Caffe del Tasso, adding to the experience. And turns out the cafe is celebrating 550 years this year! The Bergamo 3 traditional dishes taster was yummy as was the coffee and Torta Donizetti we had in addition.

Very good coffee and a pretty decent tiramisu – the perfect combination for a short break. The flavors were well-balanced, and the dessert lived up to expectations. The staff took our order rather casually, which was a bit noticeable, but luckily, the atmosphere definitely makes up for it.

It was raining and we felt like having a coffee, and this place turned out to be a great stop. They make an excellent cappuccino, and there are blankets outside which makes it really cozy even in cooler weather. If they added a gas heater outside, it would make the experience perfect. Overall, a very pleasant little spot to relax with a good coffee.

Historic restaurant in the upper town (since 1475!). Unique and enviable location. Excellent restaurant with a serious and traditional menu. Highly professional and friendly staff. Prices are all in all reasonable and entirely in line with the location and service. Highly recommended for rediscovering ancient atmospheres and flavors.

Great stop during our few days in Bergamo! The Aperol and Hugo were delicious, and the cherry crumble dessert was heavenly. Everything was perfect, amazing service and a very kind waiter. Highly recommended!

I wholeheartedly recommend this charming café in the center of Bergamo! This place captivates you from the moment you walk in – the traditional interior with wooden furniture, elegant details, and warm lighting creates a unique Italian atmosphere in which you can truly relax.
The service deserves special mention – incredibly friendly, smiling, and helpful. The staff makes every guest feel welcome, and the atmosphere is warm and friendly.
It's the perfect place for both a morning espresso and a quiet afternoon with a cappuccino. I will definitely be back on my next visit to Bergamo! ☕✨
