The café in Piazza Vecchia in Bergamo Alta is a pleasant place to stop for an Aperol spritz and enjoy the view of the historic square. Drinks are often accompanied by light snacks such as chips, adding to the Italian aperitif atmosphere.
The service is friendly and the surrounding architecture creates a special mood. On sunny days it is especially pleasant to sit outdoors and watch the life of the square.

The venue is located in the historical square. It's a place where you can drink coffee and relax, and the drinks were nice.

Nice place at the square, busker behind the corner so with music. Croissant ok, but we waited a long time to receive our coffee and to be served. 20 minutes for a cappuccino? No, I'll go elsewhere next time.

Locale storico di Bergamo alta, consiglio di pranzare fuori in un contesto molto carino perché dà direttamente sulla piazza... poi se ci sta l'artista di strada si crea una bellissima atmosfera.
Quanto al servizio sono stato molto soddisfatto, le ragazze hanno una gentilezza unica.
Ottimi i prodotti specie l'antipasto, ovvero una sfoglia di cipolle e branzi (foto) che proverò a fare a casa mia. Bella Bergamo alta, è stata una piacevole scoperta.

Historic place in upper Bergamo, I recommend having lunch outside in a very nice setting because it overlooks the square... then if the street artist is there it creates a beautiful atmosphere.
As for the service, I was very satisfied, the girls have a unique kindness.
The products are excellent, especially the appetizer, which is a pastry of onions and sea bass (photo) which I will try to make at home. Beautiful upper Bergamo, it was a pleasant discovery.

We had dinner there. It wasn't the first time. The first was 15 years ago and now, back in Bergamo, we wanted to return. Great decision! Thank you very much for the experience. We were very comfortable. The excellent atmosphere. The magnificent work of the workers and the food… how delicious! We recommend the brasato di malto.
