Unfortunately, new brooms don't always sweep clean! Apparently, the owner has changed. Now they're trying to turn the good old beach bar into a "fancy" placemat. With a new coat of paint, paper coasters, and lots and lots of ice cubes in Aperol Spritz and all the other drinks. The paper and paint have to be refinanced! Unfortunately, I like the location and so grudgingly accept the new practices. PS: And the good old Pinsa is no longer there either!!!

17/03/2025: I had pizza here on a recent visit. It was absolutely delicious. We also ordered affogato for dessert. It was heavenly. Truly the best dessert I have ever had. The staff are very accommodating.

14/08/2025: Simply Villa, the Franciacorta. The Saten is, in my opinion, the best I've tasted in the area.
19/05/2025: We thoroughly enjoyed the wine tour and tasting, made all the more memorable by Martina who was an exceptional host. Her warm and engaging storytelling brought the estate’s history to life, and her detailed explanation of the traditional method made the experience both insightful and fascinating. I enjoyed their beautiful Franciacortas very much, especially the 2019 Saten.
