Cafe Deja Vu In Fiesole

13/07/2025: Central location. 3-night stay. We stayed in a suite for 6 people, and the air conditioning in the master bedroom was faulty (quite noisy and water was leaking). This problem already existed before our arrival, as there was a completely soaked towel under the unit. Despite reporting it several times during our stay, no repairs were made! In the bathroom, the shower seals were not watertight. We also encountered problems with the hot water, which was sometimes impossible to obtain. We therefore had to wash ourselves with cold water several times. The price charged was not worth the services.

01/07/2025: My family had 2 rooms. One was huge and amazing, yet the a/c couldn’t keep up with the heat wave Europe is experiencing. The other room was very basic, but suited my husband and son’s needs. When the a/c went out in their room the staff was attentive and got it fixed. Front desk staff was very kind.
