Cafe' Bonomi Bistrot In Milano

Milanese tradition and art: a fantastic accidental discovery! I discovered this place by chance, and it turned out to be a true gem. Caffè Bonomi perfectly represents the elegance of old Milan. Lunch I opted for traditional classics and was not disappointed: Elephant Ear Cutlet: huge, crispy, and cooked to perfection. Swiss chard ribs: flavorful and carefully prepared, the perfect accompaniment. Two things I really appreciated, besides the food: Fast service: despite the bustling restaurant, the staff was prompt and very professional. Clean restrooms: it may seem like a minor detail, but the impeccable hygiene of the restrooms speaks volumes about the quality and attention they put into managing the place. The restaurant is located just steps from the Church of San Maurizio al Monastero Maggiore, known by all as the "Sistine Chapel of Milan." It was wonderful to combine an excellent lunch with a visit to this incredible artistic masterpiece. **Highly recommended** for those looking for quality, speed, and an authentic atmosphere in the heart of the city!
