Storica trattoria in centro. Buon cibo verace e fiorentino con tutte le tipicità toscane, dalla ribollita al trippotto (misto di trippa a lampredotto) fino a cervello fritto e baccalà. Ottimo per un pranzo veloce ed a prezzi giusti Consigliato

Nos recomendaron este restaurante por nuestro anfitrión. Ya estábamos comprometidos con el filete con solo mirar la carne en la ventana. El restaurante era acogedor y auténtico. Servie era eficiente y amable. Pedimos el filete de entrecote "tagliata" (en rodajas) con balancín y un lado de papas asadas. La carne qas carbonizada por fuera y rosa por el medio, perfectamente cocida. Junto con una jarra de rojo de la casa era sublime. Muy recomendable!

I rate this ristorante Cafaggi a 5 star establishment because it is NOT a tourist restaurant but a genuine Mom and Pop owned and family-run place. There is comfort food here that will ease your worn out, on the road, over indulgent digestive system. The prices for properly portioned meals will respect your budget. The Italian community comes here to eat in Firenze and so should you. You didn’t come to Florence to eat like a tourist. Did you? Come and meet the community. It’s family oriented and kid friendly.

Authentic Florentine experience, my partner and I ate their Fiorentina accompanied by a side of spectacular roasted potatoes and a Chianti recommended by the kind and helpful Tommaso. Slightly dated environment but which absolutely goes into the background. At the end of dinner the owner offered us his mountain pine grappa accompanied by delicious typical biscuits. Highly recommended experience! We will definitely be back.

Really great place, ate there twice in the 10 days that I was in Florence . Their fried artichokes are the best I've ever had. Their Calamari Alla griglia Is very good and so is their Bistecca Fiorentina. Would definitely return.
