Really great place, ate there twice in the 10 days that I was in Florence . Their fried artichokes are the best I've ever had. Their Calamari Alla griglia Is very good and so is their Bistecca Fiorentina. Would definitely return. Edit: I'm back in Florence and ate there again, this time trying the Risotto Nero. As usual their food is absolutely delicious and we will be returning before leaving Florence

This is a really cool place that's been around for 100 years, and although the building and interior is a cool relic, unfortunately the food was the least good we've experienced in Florence. It was fine, but not brilliant and some of it only served warm not hot. The price reflected this - it was an inexpensive meal, but I wouldn't be excited to go back.

A quiet restaurant, slightly off the beaten tourist track. Traditional Italian cuisine with regularly changing specials. The ones we chose were very well prepared. Good quality white wine. Good value for money.

Excellent restaurant. There were more locals than tourists. The owners and staff are very knowledgeable about the food scene! The tiramisu was excellent, the homemade gnocchi were delicious, and the price was very good.

An old restaurant that thrives on a now-faded reputation... a sterile 1970s structure with a Tuscan menu of the time. Among the fried vegetables, the floured zucchini are excellent, but the artichokes are truly subpar, despite the Empoli-style risotto with properly pulled artichokes...

The atmosphere was great 👍 The swordfish carpaccio, paired with salad greens, fresh fennel, and pink grapefruit, was exquisite — the peppercorns added a delightful burst of flavor with each bite. The main course, Millefoglie di Cecina, a refined tower of codfish layered with chickpeas, spinach, and a velvety purple cabbage purée, proved to be another remarkable surprise The beef tenderloin, paired with foie gras, created a perfect harmony of flavors on the palate
