A truly unique and positive experience. The presentation of each dish was incredible, and the pairings were incredible! The ingredients were absolutely top-quality. Impeccable and attentive service, and the location was very intimate and welcoming. We each had four buffets, plus dessert and a bottle of the recommended, very good wine. We were very full and satisfied. The menu and the order in which the dishes were served (the order is chosen by the chef based on what's ordered) were intriguing and delightful. The price was absolutely in line with the quality found throughout the restaurant. We'll definitely be back!

On our way back from the weekend, we were in the area to buy wine at a winery where we usually stock up, and we tried to make a quick reservation at this restaurant, which we only knew by reputation from the TV show "4 Ristoranti."
We really liked the "buffet" format, as it gave two people the chance to try a good portion of the dishes on offer.
The dishes were beautifully presented, tasty, and a blend of various flavors. I was pleasantly surprised by the catfish, which I had never eaten before, and the pigeon, which was a spectacle.
Excellent wine selection and fair price.

Cadebasi is one of the best restaurants I've ever tried. The location is intimate and pleasant, the dishes are carefully prepared and extremely delicious, and the service is attentive, friendly, and helpful.
The buffet concept is perfect for those who want to try delicious dishes without overdoing it.
The wines are excellent.

If you're looking for a good pizza or a nice 1kg carbonara per person, this isn't the place for you.
But if you're looking for a true flavor experience and to discover the difference between "making food" and "truly knowing how to cook," then the detour is definitely worth the stop.
Exceptional for me, highly refined dishes with excellent ingredients, well-managed, ambitious pairings, and great balance and flavor.
Thanks to the kitchen and the excellent service team, who know how to enhance the dishes.
Refined wines 🍷 recommended by the sommelier to pair with the chosen courses.
Fortuitous note: for now, the prices are still decent and moderate for the level offered.
