Restaurant where Fusion cuisine is offered with seasonal products. The menu consists of several dishes, which are small portions, like tapas. The staff suggests having 3 to 5 courses. The professional and kind staff guides you in choosing the dishes and wine to match and takes care of serving the courses in the most suitable order so as not to lose the flavours.
Each dish was a sensory experience.
Anchovies with butter, venison tartare, duck with persimmons, spaghetti with yeast or truffles and much more.
Very well stocked cellar.
Cozy environment.
Interesting location in Erbusco in Franciacorta.

Very good quality of dishes, kind service and nice atmosphere make this place a good choice for spending a pleasant evening.
A flaw in my opinion are the prices of the dishes (buffets): very small portions and at the same time a little too expensive.
Needs improvement in this aspect!

Passiamo ai piatti i buffetti ovvero mini porzione che ti permette di assaggiare varie cose l’idea è buona ma la nota stonata è che poi questi buffetti costano come dei veri e propri piatti principali ed essendo costretto a prenderne di più perché altrimenti non ti sfami ti trovi un conto salato …
In due abbiamo speso più di 200 euro con una bottiglia di 30
Euro.
Prezzi completamente sballati fanno sì che il voto scenda drasticamente…
Qualità e gusto molto buona per antipasti e primi,
Dolci bocciati base di biscotto durissima e sapore poco deciso.

A young place with a contemporary design, with attention to the smallest details. Impeccable quality and service! Don't expect the classic restaurant, here every dish is a "buffetto" - which, translated, means half portions of pure gourmet poetry. They recommend taking 5, but trust me, with 4 you're already more than full (even if the desire to try everything is irresistible).
Now, a little reflection: why not take inspiration from Spain and transform these "buffets" into real tapas? With slightly larger portions, you could share and savor the menu in all its wonder. It would be a feast for the palate and beyond!

Very nice places in a modern style where you can breathe an excellent wine-based atmosphere.
Badly friendly person.
Good wine list without having a huge choice of bubbles.
Dishes prepared and well executed.
However, the proposed formula is too expensive in my opinion.
The 4 of us without gorging ourselves spent €260 (2 mini portions each, a dessert each, a €47 bottle of bubbles and 3 glasses of bubbles).
Calculating the mini dishes they should have been 4/5, we would have spent almost €100 each.
For me prices too high with this formula.
Undisputed quality.

If you want to try refined cuisine, with top quality raw materials, in a refined but informal environment, with friendly staff, this is the right place.
