It was recommended to me ..... the starters are unique ... the flavor of the cold cuts and cheeses fully satisfies but as regards the first courses I was very disappointed. The cacio e pepe is not a cacio e pepe to remember both for the pasta format used... I find it inadequate... and for the lack of taste of the sauce and its creaminess. The same for the pasta with ragù... .the incisive tone is definitely missing....let's say that perhaps it is better to move on to the second courses....in any case, I will return to try the meat...

After a beautiful day at the pool in Porretta Terme, we decided to book a table for dinner at the famous and renowned Caciosteria Due Ponti, where if you are lucky you can meet the maestro Francesco Guccini. Beautiful environment and super welcome...Unfortunately our disabled child had severe stomach pains as soon as we arrived and was crying/screaming a lot, disturbing the customers of the restaurant, so it wasn't a quiet dinner as we hoped...in fact we left quickly and eating without fully enjoying the excellent genuine products they have on the menu. This review is exclusively made for all the staff and especially for the owner who understood the situation and proved to be humanly sensitive towards us. A truly TOP person, polite, respectful and above all serious. There are very few people like that in the world today...Unfortunately. We will certainly return as soon as possible, because the quality of the food is unquestionable and the kindness and intelligence shown is Oscar-worthy. Thank you very much for everything and congratulations again...You are special people like our child. THANK YOU T.T.

the place is really welcoming and nice, halfway between an old-time trattoria that offers you the sale of typical local products and offers you dishes with local products and traditional Tuscan products. Don't miss the cheese platter. Good quality/price ratio.

Rustic place with a cold cuts counter inside. Very good food, especially the really space meat, super tender! Average prices, very nice place, very kind staff. If you are in the area it's really worth stopping by

La bellezza dei paesaggi di Pavana e d’intorni vanno di pari passo con le buonissime pietanze e i vini di questa magnifica Caciosteria…se questo non bastasse basterà scambiare due chiacchiere con Betty e Mimmo (i proprietari)…che vi troverete a casa in un ambiente talmente accogliente da sperare che il tempo passi il più lentamente possibile…A presto ❤️❤️❤️

Sicuramente nei dintorni è quanto di meglio c’è, anche se in termini assoluti possiamo definirlo buono ma non eccelso. Complessivamente comunque si mangia bene ed hanno un ottimo assortimento di formaggi, sebbene consiglierei loro di arricchirne la portata con qualcosa di più di una unica mostarda, nonché di dire due parole su ciascuno di essi.
