A rustic mountain setting, we're in the last few meters of the Pistoia province, where the dialect already sounds Bolognese. The menu, too, straddles the two regions. We've only been there once, and I can't wait to go back. The mixed cold cuts were top-notch, flavorful, and well-made. My gnudi were soft as a cloud and tasted fabulous. The house wine poured like a charm, but unfortunately, we had to drive, so we weren't very good, but it was good. If you're missing any of Guccini's books, you can fill the gaps in your collection here! We were lucky and they took us right away, but I recommend booking.

Went for lunch. Nice place, friendly staff. Excellent food. Must try the polenta and pesto gnudi, exceptional. The desserts are also good, especially the chocolate tart.

We organized an aunt's centenary birthday party here.
The very kind staff brought us delicious dishes, such as Tuscan gnudi. The meat was excellent. Highly recommended also for lovers of Francesco Guccini, of whom you can find an extensive library.

Spesso la notte quando non riesco ad addormentarmi subito chiudo gli occhi e penso a voi…mi sembra di sentire le voci piene di calore della Caciosteria…sentire i profumi di piatti pieni d’amore che sanno di casa e famiglia…poi il piacere di vederti uscire dalla cucina a coccolarci e spostare la sedia per sederti accanto a noi e magari parlare della giornata passata…poi vedere Mimmo che di tavolo in tavolo trasmette saggezza di vini, formaggi e conoscenze infinite…che nonostante gli anni che ci conosciamo continuiamo a rapirci e appassionarci anche nei nostri dopocena “IN FAMIGLIA “…perché voi siete “Famiglia “ dal nostro primo incontro!!! A questo punto col cuore sereno posso addormentarmi!!! Vi vogliamo un bene immenso ❤️❤️❤️

Bellissima esperienza da Betty e Mimmo,i gestori dell' osteria. Ottimi cibo e vino. Atmosfera cordiale ed emozionante, all' insegna dei luoghi e dell'atmosfera gucciniana. Da consigliare la visita a Pàvana e in Caciosteria. Rimarrà per noi un bellissimo ricordo.
