We CLEARED our plates. So yummy! We got a tenderloin and the pear gnocchi, was definitely the best meal we had while in Florence. It’s a cute small restaurant, very nice place straight across from our hotel. Would definitely recommend to go!

Absolutely loved my first meal here in Florence so much that there was no question I would be coming back to this beautiful little restaurant for my last meal before leaving for home. Lovely service and food from a husband and wife duo. It’s a small place so would recommend a reservation if you are coming during prime hours. The host is such a sweet guy - i was traveling alone but he made me feel right at home with his warmth, attentive service, and willingness to have a chat. Highly recommend one of their fettunta appetizers to start. Everything else was delicious as well. I could go on, but just do yourself a favor and come experience this gem for yourselves

This was the best pasta I have ever had. All the other reviews are 100% correct. If you are in Florence looking for simple, authentic Italian food, this is it. Walter was a professional and his wife's cooking is exactly what I wanted to experience in Italy. Worth every penny and I wish I could come here again and again.

We had a great experience here! Walter was so attentive and welcoming. We had some amazing Negronis to start and the pasta was delicious and fresh. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful experience. The service, the food, the atmosphere. Everything was perfect. The food we ordered was divine. The mixed cheese board with acacia honey. We were surprised how well the different cheeses paired with the honey. Pici with white meat sauce was one of the best things I've ever eaten. It was so creamy and flavorful. The ravioli and braised duck were both excellent. The duck was fork tender, melt in your mouth. Absolutely fantastic experience!

One of the best meals I’ve had in Florence. Small restaurant with perfect ambience. Not touristy and everything was delicious. We started with the honey and cheese place which was a perfect start. Then had the Gorgonzola and Pear Gnocchi and it was just incredible. I was worried that the Gorgonzola may be too overwhelming but it was just perfect and the Gnocchi were some of the best I’ve ever had. So pillowy and delicious. The portion was just right. My son had the pasta with meat sauce with white Ragu and you can tell the pasta is homemade. After we had the Chianti Reserve Tenderloin and it was cooked to perfection. Side of whipped potatoes and the spinach was so flavorful as well 10/10 recommend. Might even try to go again before we leave. Walter our server was a gem!!
