Cacio e Pepe - Bottega Romana In Milano

Un posticino romano esteticamente piacevole. Cibo: nella norma. Abbiamo preso un antipasto con fiori di zucca, acciughe e mozzarella (15€) e una gricia (14€, buona). Antipasti decisamente troppo cari per essere degli antipasti romani (un antipasto semplice non puó costare come un buon primo!), inoltre il personale dovrebbe fare un corso di buone maniere. Uno dei camerieri è stato fin da subito troppo insistente nel voler prendere l’ordinazione (ci eravamo sedute da 5 minuti!) e a tutti i costi voleva scherzare dicendo frasi assolutamente inopportune.

I ordered a truly delicious pasta carbonara on Deliveroo, the name Roman shop perfectly reflects the quality of the food I ate, super approved, I recommend it to everyone.

I update this review after four years in which I have returned many times with guests with whom I have always made an excellent impression. Giulia is an extraordinary hostess as well as being the creator of every detail of the processes where they only use fresh ingredients (there is no freezer in the restaurant...). I decide to try, cacio e pepe, carbonara, truffled carbonara, lasagna, bottle of chickpea Lambrusco. I'm driving around and decide to collect directly.
