Everything has to do with a sense of proportion and calmness, from the pleasant dialogue with the owner, to the colors that surround you of the territory of the home of the furnishings, all this sublimated by wonderful dishes carefully prepared, cooked and presented. Excellent expression of a cuisine with ancient and deep roots in a territory well known to the owners who offer passers-by, with moderation and calm,
a surreal experience.
I have no words to express my compliments to all the staff. Well done, I hope to be able to return soon..

Tutto ha a che fare con il senso della misura e la pacatezza, dal piacevole dialogare con il proprietario, ai colori che ti circondano del territorio della casa dell’arredamento , tutto questo sublimato da piatti meravigliosi per cura cottura presentazione . Espressione eccelsa di una cucina con radici antiche e profonde in un territorio ben noto ai proprietari che offrono al passante, con misura e pacatezza, un’esperienza surreale.
Non ho parole per esprimere i miei complimenti a tutto lo staff. Bravi spero di poterci tornare presto.

We komen al heel wat jaren in Piemonte. Elk jaar ontdekken we weer nieuwe restaurants. Dit restaurant was echt een ontdekking! Wat een ontzettend gastvrije mensen. De eigenaar staat je te woord in goed Engels en is daarnaast zeer vriendelijk en correct. Zijn vrouw staat in de keuken en maakt werkelijk zeer mooie en smaakvolle gerechten. Verder is er een uitgebreide wijnkaart met mooie locale wijnen. Wij kozen voor een Barbera d’Asti superiore van het huis Scarpa uit 2017. Heerlijke wijn. We hebben genoten van steak tartare, tagliolini met tomaat, peterselie en knoflook. Als secundi gebraden kip met uit, tomaat en rozemarijn. Afgesloten met lekkere desserts zoals hazelnoten ijs en mint panacotta. Echt een aanrader. We komen hier zeker terug!

A sober and essential restaurant, both in the furnishings and in the menu, where the dishes are few and carefully selected (a sign of seriousness, as far as I'm concerned). In the starters and first courses there is also a good choice for vegetarians, not so for the second courses, where only cheeses were offered to me. However, I ate very well, in particular I would like to point out the fresh tagliolini with spring vegetables and herbs among the first courses, a true masterpiece of balance and harmonization of tastes. Decent desserts. Very rich wine list. Excellent service without excessive waiting times, normal cost. At the end we were also welcomed into the kitchen, where we met the chef and saw the famous wood stove. Impeccable cleanliness.

Excellent restaurant, very good, friendly and kind owner and lady chef. Attention to all details but above all in the kitchen, excellent ingredients cooked to the best. In every dish we find attention, balance and love for our work, thus presenting an excellent product.
