Sempre più deludente, abbiamo riprovato ma siamo rimasti delusi anche questa volta!!!! Cameriera che continuava a ribadire che se non prendevamo un tagliere a testa le tigelle non erano a volontà, ma al costo di 3 euro, a noi 3 euro non ci cambia la volta, forse lei va in fallimento!!!!

Hot tigelle and fried gnocchi to be seasoned alone as desired with various sauces, including sweet Nutella, served in the center of the table and a personal platter of cured meats, cheeses and grilled vegetables. An unusual place for the south-east of Bari where you can enjoy Bolognese cuisine with fried gnocco and tigelle and choosing from the wide variety of platters on offer. The offer is spot on with cutting boards characterized by excellent ingredients and tigelle galore. The service is precise and punctual, the prices are correct.

Un locale insolito per il sud est barese in cui gustare la cucina bolognese con gnocco fritto e tigelle e scegliendo tra l'ampia varietà di taglieri proposti, peraltro ciascuno di dimensione generosa L'offerta è azzeccata con taglieri caratterizzati da ottimi ingredienti e tigelle a volontà. Il servizio è preciso e puntuale, i prezzi sono corretti.

In the historic center of Gioia del Colle, close to the Norman-Swabian castle, there is a place that stands out for its inventiveness and courage. Bringing a piece of Emilia to the south-east of Bari requires a good dose of resourcefulness and intuition, to diversify the gastronomic offer of which the Land of Puglia certainly has no shortage. In the opinion of the diners, tigelle and fried gnocco, whose tasting composition with the contents of the cutting boards is the exclusive prerogative of the individual, fully achieved the desired result. The platters offered all seem inviting and among those chosen (Gourmet, Cheese and Sfizioso), the response on the palate had no flaws of any kind. The selection of beers and wines is adequate to satisfy the needs of most people. The interlude with the owner Francesco was pleasant, who with his "aplomb" described the activity, the choice and the meaning of the platters on the menu. To finish, a shot of “LiquorIce”, a Calabrian liquorice root liqueur, with a sweet and pleasant taste. From the street you can enjoy the view, on one side of the "De Rossi" tower of the Castle and on the other, in depth, of a space decorated with plants. Pleasant, tasty and undoubtedly advisable experience.

A "different" place from the usual ones located in Gioia del Colle (in a restricted traffic area and parking is a bit complicated) offering tigelle and fried gnocco at will to accompany the many platters available
