We went to this place last night for the first time. Everything was perfect, from the service to the atmosphere. Not to mention the quality of the food served.

The place had a welcoming, rustic atmosphere, perfect for enjoying tigelle in an authentic setting. The cold cuts, cheeses, and sauces are praised for their freshness and deliciousness.

A truly wonderful find in Gioia del Colle! Delicious tigelle with a wide selection of fillings, a welcoming atmosphere, and incredibly friendly staff, all at a fair price! A place I'll definitely return to! I'd just add a few decorations to the outside!

Lovely atmosphere, excellent service, they even explained to the kids what tigelle are and why they're called that. We felt welcomed and pampered.
The platters are phenomenal, the cured meats and sauces delicious, and then the undisputed stars: the best tigelle we've ever eaten, perhaps even better than those we've had in Bologna!

The restaurant is located opposite the castle. The menu is simple yet generous, with platters for every taste, from classic to vegetarian and light. Prices range from €15, €16, or €17 per platter, up to €28 for the most lavish. Equally generous accompaniments include sauces, cheese, honey, and jams, depending on the platter, and of course, unlimited fried gnocchi and tigelle. The owners are always available during service and ready to offer valuable information on places to visit. Reservations are recommended for dining out. We dined outdoors, two adults with a 2-year-old in a stroller.

A great discovery, we went and were pleasantly surprised, terrace with a very quiet atmosphere next to the castle, the service was very good, the food very original and particular, rich variety of sausages, sauces are excellent especially the Pesto and olives with the fried Gnocco, for dessert chocolate salami incredible, this restaurant is worth it.

Restaurante luminoso que sirve todo tipo de pan salami, aceite de oliva y ensalada. Montañas de comida. Muy generosos servicios y nos animaron a descansar con nosotros, que lo hicimos. Demasiado difícil de dejar atrás. Personal amable y agradable que hace que la experiencia sea mucho mejor

A Gioia del Colle cerchi i panzerotti pugliesi e giusto vicino il castello normanno trovi Tigella e Gnocco fritto. Roba inusuale dalle nostre parti ma con una bella presentazione. Siamo vegetariani ed il menù ha buona considerazione per noi. In realtà la casa offre solo taglieri ma ognuno con almeno dieci-dodici pezzi di cose molto buone. Arrivano le salse, arrivano le tigelle (specialità parmense e modenese) medaglie di pasta leggera cotta alla piastra con l'anima calda ed ecco gli gnocchi fritti (tringoli di pasta lievitata belli gonfi e croccanti) da riempire con ogni cosa commestibile. Broccoli saltati, gorgonzola, filetti di peperoni arrostiti, pecorini, formaggi al pistacchio, burratina, pomodori secchi, funghi non banali, melanzane e zuchine piastrate, squacquerone, ... non si può finire! I titolari, una coppia sorridente, ci preparano una bag da portare via con quanto di buono non siamo riusciti a mangiare. In Puglia si possono gustare specialità di altre parti del paese. Tanta roba super buona al prezzo di una pizza. Bravi.
