In the center of Gioia del Colle with a breathtaking view of the castle, a pretty good surprise. A tigelleria. We stayed as a double couple. We waited a bit, but I think it's normal without booking on a Friday evening. The tigelle and the fried gnocco took me back to my childhood during the holidays in Emilia, for the flavor together with the top cured meats. Fast service, beautiful location and great staff. It is advisable to book given the pleasant wait with a good glass of wine offered by the owner.

If during the week you want to treat yourself to a break with a dinner in full Modena style, savoring Tigelle, Gnocco Fritto and cured meats of high quality, provenance and flavour, Cabò Tigelleria in Gioia del Colle (BA) is the right place. Platters full of specialties, excellent selection of wines and beers. Friendly and professionally trained staff. Excellent salads and delicious cups containing excellent squaquerone, excellent parmesan, various pestos and, surprisingly, Calabrian 'nduia which pleasantly interrupts the Emilian flavours. Excellent value for money. Ah, don't forget to order a dessert with a good coffee or one of the many bitters in the selection. Absolutely worth returning to the group.

We have been frequenting this place for a long time. The products and service are always top notch. Lardo di Colonnata PGI is as amazing as mortadella and cheeses. Portions always generous. The owner's daughter is a force of nature... never contradict her hahaha. An always positive note for how the bathrooms are always clean, colorful and fragrant. We will see each other soon

Bringing a piece of Emilia to the south-east of Bari requires a good dose of resourcefulness and intuition, to diversify the gastronomic offer of which the Land of Puglia certainly has no shortage. In the opinion of the diners, tigelle and fried gnocco, whose tasting composition with the contents of the cutting boards is the exclusive prerogative of the individual, fully achieved the desired result. The platters offered all seem inviting and among those chosen (Gourmet, Cheese and Sfizioso), the response on the palate had no flaws of any kind. The selection of beers and wines is adequate to satisfy the needs of most people. The interlude with the owner Francesco was pleasant and with his "aplomb" he described to us the activity, the choice and the meaning of the platters on the menu. To finish, a shot of “LiquorIce”, a Calabrian liquorice root liqueur, with a sweet and pleasant taste. From the street you can enjoy the view, on one side of the "De Rossi" tower of the Castle and on the other, in depth, of a space decorated with plants. Pleasant, tasty and undoubtedly advisable experience.

Avevo una serata da passare a Gioia del Colle, ed ho iniziato a informarmi un pò sulle proposte culinarie in zona, e mi sono imbattuto in questo locale, che devo dire, ha un pò di valutazioni contrastanti, che ne parla bene e chi ne dà un giudizio negativo, così, attratto anche dalle foto dei vari taglieri, e dall’idea di mangiare “bolognese” a Gioia del Colle, ho deciso di provare. devo dire che a mio avviso, la qualità dei salmi è Buona, avevo letto valutazioni negative sul comportamento del personale ma, nel mio caso il personale era molto cortese e disponibile. le Tigelle e gli gnocchi fritti, sono a volontà, ma come ben indicato sul menù, solo se tutti i membri del tavolo, scelgono 1 tagliere a testa. i taglieri assaggiati erano abbondanti e ben presentati, ripeto la qualità dei salumi, buona. Oltre a Tigelle e gnocchi, vi erano un bel po' di salsine varie, molto buone, alcune sembravano commerciali, altre caserecce. nel nostro caso, 4 persone, 4 taglieri a scelta, le tigelle e gli gnocchi forniti sono stati anche troppi, andando via ci hanno anche chiesto se desideravamo portar via le tigelle e gli gnocchi rimanenti. ottimo locale, già consigliato a molti amici, e nel quale sicuramente tornerò volentieri.
