I tried Ca' Vecchia restaurant for the first time a few days ago, and it was a lovely new experience! The restaurant is surrounded by a beautiful park, the staff is very friendly, and the food is truly excellent! They even have some tasty and nutritious meat-free dishes. I'll definitely be back.

Sunday lunch with three friends.
The fried polenta with mushrooms was delicious.
The beef tartare and braised meat were very good.
The tortelloni were "few" but good.
The Sangiovese Merlot wine was excellent.

Located in a beautiful wooded park, the hotel offers spartan but functional and clean rooms. The only drawback is that the shutters can't be closed at night due to the burglar bars. The restaurant is excellent, with a lovely outdoor seating area. The dishes are well-made and beautifully presented. Overall, excellent value.

The rooms are very noisy and simple. But it's great for passing through and as a camping area. I was passing through from southern Italy to Germany. It's a great stop close to the autostrada. There's a restaurant and breakfast. Extremely friendly people and just a wonderful and sweet place to stay. Very clean and tidy. I'd love to stay here again :)

We stayed here on our first night of the Via Degli Dei. Now it is quite a walk away from the path but the hotel and restaurant made up for the extra walking. The setting is beautiful, completely surrounded by trees. The room is comfortable (with A/C and heating) and spacious. The restaurant made delicious lunch and transformed to a pizzeria in the evening. Breakfast started nice and early (7am). All this to say, we didn’t need to leave the hotel which we appreciated after a long and hot hike. Glad we stayed here.

We used the beautiful, well-equipped campervan area, nestled in a small wood. The reception and restaurant staff were extremely friendly. The only downside was the bread served at table, which was very good but had an unusual flavor. We asked how it was made, and the waiter told us it was made with friselle dough, which we learned contained lard, a fact that should be shared (my wife is a vegetarian). The lemon sorbet was at refrigerator temperature and therefore not a sorbet; we sent it back.
