Visited Ca' Pelletti Bologna Altabella, an Italian restaurant located on Via Altabella, Bologna.
We tried I Piada Burger con Ciccia Classica, which is a hamburger made from scottona beef, served in piadina bread, fresh tomato, and mixed salad. A quite interesting twist on the classic burger, blending Italian tradition with a modern touch.
We also had Pici Cacio e Pepe, a traditional pasta dish with simple yet rich sauce of pecorino cheese and black pepper. It’s a dish known for its creamy, cheesy texture with just the right kick of pepper.
Overall, the food was good—hearty and comforting, though not the most extraordinary we had in Italy.

Fresh and hearty salad, excellent tortellini, and truly unforgettable cappelletti with asparagus and crispy prosciutto. Friendly service, affordable prices, and a welcoming atmosphere: highly recommended.

A very small restaurant in the center of Bologna, behind the Cathedral. First of all, kudos to the staff: extremely courteous, helpful, and smiling. Then, the food. The cappelletti and tortellini are truly delicious. We'll try the other dishes as soon as we return. A small note about the ground-floor restaurant: it's cramped, poorly ventilated, and excessively hot. I'll update the review after we try it in winter.

Excellent place, discovered by chance one evening while wandering around Bologna. We ate very well, with excellent appetizers and first courses. I really enjoyed the Bartlaz.
Excellent service, the girl in the dining room is very friendly and talented, don't miss out! 😉

It seems touristy, but it's also popular with Italians. Reasonable prices, but the staff are rather aloof toward foreigners.
