28/11/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at Al Pioppeto restaurant, and I must say, without hesitation, that it was a simply wonderful experience! I have rarely found such a perfect balance between quality ingredients, masterful preparation, and a warm welcome. From the moment we sat down, there was an air of authenticity and care. The service was impeccable, attentive yet discreet, contributing to the extremely pleasant atmosphere. The evening began with the appetizer, a selection of fresh and authentic flavors that perfectly whetted the appetite. Every element, from the cured meats to the cheeses, was of the highest quality, a true triumph of local products. Then came the first course, a dish that left me speechless. The pasta was cooked to perfection, al dente as it should be, and the sauce was rich and enveloping, demonstrating a refined culinary technique. It was all delicious, a taste of pure tradition elevated to an art. ​The second course met, if not exceeded, expectations. The meat was incredibly tender, juicy, masterfully cooked, and accompanied by a fresh, crispy side dish. A robust yet elegant dish that perfectly rounded off the main course. ​And what about the wine? The selection was excellent. We opted for a local red recommended by the sommelier, whose bouquet paired perfectly with each course.
