I had Sunday lunch, but with simple food and a friendly atmosphere. A fantastic experience, in a home-style setting run by a priest. An experience we will definitely never forget.

I had dinner this evening. Delicious food, breathtaking views, and excellent hospitality! I recommend it to anyone who wants to relax and spend time in good company. Finding the place isn't easy, but if you take the small road and walk up for about 5 minutes, you'll find it, and it's definitely worth it.

What an interesting experience. There is no sign on the road so you really have to work hard to find the tiny sign that says the address and then walk up a narrow path with stairs to the unassuming house. We weren’t sure there was anyone home but eventually, the proprietor and his young assistant showed up. Luckily for us, they were open and guided us into a casual Living space with a few tables. There was no menu, just a friendly proprietor, who could speak French with us, to our delight. He asked our preferences and made the food for us on the spot. We had tuna carpaccio and cod as an appetizer and then Polenta conchia with a local goat cheese from a formaggio just minutes away. Dessert was capped with a berry gelato. When we asked for the bill, we were told there wasn’t one and we should just pay what we wanted. What a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

My husband and I were staying in the area, and booked for dinner last Saturday evening. We initially couldn’t find the place, and were surprised to find it is a little house in the middle of a hamlet. Ibra welcomed us immediately, was super friendly and catered to our vegetarian diet. The food was simple, but absolutely delicious. We didn’t have much cash on us, and we were a little concerned it would not be enough to cover our meal and wine. Ibra was so relaxed, he told us we could maybe get some cash the next day and pay them, or eat for free if we didn’t have money… we insisted he gave us a price, and did, and he asked if that was ok, so we gave him all the cash we had, which was more than he asked for. We now realize the place runs as a sort of charity, which is lovely!
