While passing through Gorizia, we chose a typical restaurant based on reviews, and we can fully confirm the positive review. The homemade gnocchi were excellent, and the main courses were also on par. Excellent value for money.

What a wonderful surprise to discover this trattoria with authentic local specialties, truly fair prices, fresh food, and extremely kind owners and staff. Compliments to the chefs and all the kitchen staff. We will definitely be back.

We had lunch at this cozy restaurant without a reservation. The owners were very helpful in finding us a table even though it was already fully booked. We had a wonderful lunch, with delicious first courses (homemade gnocchi with melted butter and smoked ricotta, typical local pasta with mushrooms and sausage) and desserts (crêpes with Nutella and homemade strudel). Service was quick and friendly, and the price was reasonable. An excellent culinary destination for those in Gorizia.

The food is excellent under new management that respects tradition. Very friendly owners, excellent value, and on Fridays they also serve fish... I have to come back and try it again. 😁👍

13/01/2026: service not good nice place but very noisy people drinking very few people in the restaurant we drank a glass of wine mineral water with only one glass we ate some canapés and frico in a corner
14/12/2025: Excellent value for money, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Traditional local food, always carefully prepared, paired with a good selection of wines. Excellent service, attentive and polite staff.

16/01/2026: A wonderful experience, the place is informal but very nice, the fish is excellent, the prices are fair and the staff is very friendly!
15/01/2026: Welcoming restaurant with very helpful staff. Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends. The selection of fresh and tasty dishes includes well-balanced seafood. The dishes are beautifully presented, too. The wine list is good. A bit crowded in the dining room, but the restaurant was fully booked.
