Knowing the place well (excellent food, top-notch service, and incredibly friendly staff), I chose Ca' del Gusto for my father's 60th birthday surprise party. What can I say... we had an unforgettable evening! The staff's collaborative spirit is certainly commendable, as they contributed so much to the success of the surprise with their understanding and kindness. The pizza was delicious, definitely among the best in the area, and the appetizers were plentiful and excellent. And all of this on a Friday night, when one might normally expect some difficulty maintaining the same level of service as other days. My sincere compliments to the entire staff!

Convenient location... on the road at the entrance to Marina di Carrara... a 20-minute walk from the sea. Large place, perhaps a little too large, given the incredibly long wait times for food (hire more staff or remove some tables). The rare Black Angus arrived cold (what do you do? Ask them to heat it up? That way it becomes shoe soles). Friendly staff.

Veramente mi stupisco delle brutte recensioni. Sono anni che frequento il locale e compro pizza da asporto ... Prezzi equi e qualità dei prodotti, gentilezza e cordialità. Mangio pizza anche in altri locali ma x me quest è ottima. Se così n fosse, sarebbe inspiegabile l affluenza al locale...non solo il fine settimana solo il fine settimana.

I was at **Ca' del Gusto** yesterday (practically a stone's throw from the seafront, not even a kilometer!) and I can say that they have VERY GOOD grilled meat. Among the best I've ever tasted in the area! 🔥🥩 The meat was very tender, tasty just right... a delight for the palate! The place is also spacious, with a perfect exterior even if you have children in tow because they can play without problems 👶🎮 When I return to the area I will definitely bring my friends **Rating:** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Recommended👍🔝

Cá del gusto is always a certainty for me. I have been coming for years and have always been happy. I love the pizza menu and the possibility of munching on focaccia while waiting for the pizza.

Mi son trovato in questa Braceria pizzeria con degli amici. Volevamo mangiare carne ma abbiamo preso come “antipasto” una pizza, buona. Poi, abbiamo mangiato varie tagliate di carne, buone.

06/08/2025: I'm on vacation and I've been coming here for a week. The croissants are excellent, the service is too, but I've noticed since the first day some very arrogant attitudes from one employee (in particular). I thought it was a bad day, but after a week I continue to see attitudes that would be "annoying", bottles banged around and you pointing out that asking for two glasses of water could be a pain in the ass. On the contrary, the rest of the team is very kind and welcoming.

28/07/2025: The food is good, the atmosphere is clean, the selection is varied, the service is friendly, and the prices are fair. I'll definitely be back.
20/07/2025: It's a classic, small space with a typical takeout pizza counter. Behind the counter, you'll find a wide selection of pizzas and stuffed focaccias (with tuna and mozzarella, with prosciutto and other ingredients, etc.) to choose from. They also make delicious little pizzas perfect for a quick snack or an aperitif (they also sell soft drinks, beer, etc.). The prices are incredible, especially considering it's centrally located, especially in such a typically expensive location: a slice of stuffed focaccia costs only €2.50!!! Plus, everything is delicious: the focaccia is crispy and flavorful; the quality of the ingredients is excellent! There are a few tables outside so you can enjoy everything on the spot. Highly recommended!
