We went for lunch on a Sunday in the winter. The place is welcoming and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. We tried fish dishes, but the menu also offers meat dishes. The food was good and plentiful. When the bill arrives, the only things to consider are certain items, such as the cover charge and coffee, which are higher than average for what's on offer. Definitely a place worth a visit. The parking lot is not far away but is very large and convenient.

I've been to this trattoria outside Caorle several times; the place is simple and authentic, with ample parking. At first glance, the owner seems a bit brusque, but once you get to know her, she's kind and approachable, remembering your preferences and making you feel immediately at ease. The menu is varied, the fish is fresh and perfectly cooked, the portions are generous, the service is quick, and the prices are fair. We always love returning.

We took a wonderful walk and treated ourselves to a wonderful day in picturesque CHIOGGIA, which we LOVE. We decided to have dinner in Chioggia... we called FONTEGO: the owner answered, an EXTREMELY KIND, PROFESSIONAL, and PRECISE person. WE HAD A DIVINE DINNER: EXCELLENT QUALITY, VERY FRESH PRODUCTS, LARGE PORTIONS, AND GOOD PRICES. THE AMBIENCE WONDERFUL, ELEGANT, VERY CLEAN, VERY FAST SERVICE. THE OWNER PAMPERED US FROM THE ENTRY UNTIL THE END OF THE DINNER... WE RATE THIS RESTAURANT A SUPER 5 STAR!!!! SEE YOU SOON!!!! CONGRATULATIONS TO THE ENTIRE FONTEGO STAFF, YOU WERE TRULY FANTASTIC. 12/10/2025: The food was very good and at a lower price compared to other restaurants in the area. Pleasant atmosphere. The waitress was very polite and served us very well. However, we witnessed a very embarrassing situation when the restaurant owner or manager treated the waiter badly in front of everyone, telling him to shut up. Being an owner/manager like that, I don't think they deserve 5 stars.
