03/08/2025: For work, I'm fortunate enough to visit many restaurants and I love sharing any positive experiences. Borgiani was an excellent experience. The location is well-kept with a simple but clean and well-furnished internal and external room, the staff starting from the large and tidy kitchen, excellently managed, to the friendly, prepared and non-invasive waiting staff, let's talk about the culinary offer: good and varied fried foods among which the supplì stands out, truly amazing, excellent crispy and not greasy breading with perfectly cooked rice and a delicate and tasty sauce, various and excellent pizzas cooked in the wood oven and very digestible thanks to the expert cooking and right leavening, very good first and second courses and typical of the Roman tradition, I also forgot excellent appetizers of cold cuts and various bruschetta, desserts and various drinks, combined with honest prices, they are worth a visit to enjoy genuine cuisine with excellent quality ingredients and cooked recalling the cuisine of the past but transferred to the present day, a place where you go by chance and return for a choice
29/07/2025: Last night, Giorgio's birthday dinner.
We started with mixed fried appetizers, bruschetta, cold cuts, lemon meatballs, and beans. Then came a trofie pasta with asparagus and bacon, and finally the pizzas. Everything was truly excellent, accompanied by polite and welcoming staff. A wonderful evening.
