We found a table without a reservation. The menu is extensive. Delicious pizzas and delicious burgers. Excellent value, highly recommended.

The best pizza! Great dough, fresh ingredients. Top-notch. The restaurant itself isn't very spacious, but you can sit in the alleyway, overlooking a small piazza. Highly recommended for pizza lovers. And the prices are very fair.

We've eaten here twice in just over a month. We had the pizza with the "classic" non-Neapolitan dough, and it's absolutely delicious. The tuna and tomatoes are magnificent. Besides the delicious dough, the ingredients on top are top-quality. This place gets top marks.

I have been to Bystro and I must say it was a truly pleasant experience. The food is excellent, prepared with quality ingredients and great attention to detail. Every dish I tasted was tasty and well presented. The service was also impeccable: the waiters were kind, helpful and always attentive to the needs of the customers, without ever being intrusive. A place that I highly recommend to those looking for good food in a welcoming and relaxed environment!

27/12/2025: I'm going against the grain with dark/evening photos, during aperitif time on Boxing Day, with a packed house. I only counted three bartenders in total, but what can I say? They made all the difference, where organization and rank matter! The precision and speed of preparation and service deserved 5 stars, and if there had been 10, I would have given them 10! Kudos to their professionalism! Always serious and on point! As a colleague in the industry, I can only be amazed, a very rare quality these days! My compliments, we'll definitely be back! PS. I hope the bartenders appreciate the photos and they don't cause any discomfort.

06/10/2025: Magnificent, a haven of peace in the heart of Puglia. My partner and I stayed for three days for a wedding. The staff and service were excellent; they were attentive to their guests' every need. The only two minor drawbacks: the road was passable with a WRC car, unfortunately there's nothing they can do about it, but it's worth it, and the shower, which was dilapidated. Thanks again to Marco for his welcome.
04/10/2025: The setting is evocative and simply wonderful. Perfect for any type of event. Impeccably managed.
