Never eaten like this. Balance in the explosion of tastes. Niko surprised us with dishes we had never tried. Starters, first course, second course and desserts plus a delicious Sicilian bubble recommended by an excellent attentive and prepared service. We returned with great pleasure, and this time too the experience was very very positive, as a starter we tasted the watermelon carpaccio with anchovies and fried bottarga and capers, it was a spectacular mix of flavors and stellar consistency (score 10) and then as a first course the choice fell on spaghetti with squid ink, there are no words to describe the pleasure we felt, and finally we were tempted by the dessert: panna cotta with salted caramel and popcorn which allowed us to end the dinner on top . We will definitely be back before returning home to try other delicacies on the menu. An excellent value for money. We recommend it
