An informal restaurant that particularly surprised me. The first impression was the wine list, Champagne section, almost all pas dose, extra brut, and that's a good start. Well-balanced dishes and flavors reminiscent of Sicily, my favorite region. Hospitable and very attentive staff. Discovered by chance, but on my travels to Senigallia, it's a place I'll definitely return to.

The dishes were more than excellent, the wine excellent, the service very good, highly recommended.

We ate at an outdoor table facing the fountain. The service was fast and attentive. The ingredients were fresh and well-cooked. I didn't like some of the combinations, such as the stone-breaking herb, which was absolutely overwhelming. The quality/price ratio was quite high.

I highly recommend Sepia by Niko: a great chef who knows how to blend the finest seafood with impeccable technique and flavors that are hard to find in Senigallia. Probably the best fried fish I've ever eaten, both the fritto misto with tzatziki and the Shanghai-style calamari. All the appetizers are excellent, but this year my favorite was the octopus skewer with pork and the sweet and sour friggitelli peppers. The selection of natural wines is also excellent, just the way I like them: every year Niko introduces me to a new bottle. And to top it off, a Sicilian cannoli that melts in your mouth!

We went for dinner during the week; we arrived very late, but they still seated us. Excellent service, knowledgeable and smiling staff, and the owner (Niko) recommended a wonderful wine to pair with our dishes. Refined, high-quality food, generous portions, and a more than reasonable value. The atmosphere, despite the Summer Jamboree, was intimate and meticulously maintained.
