If you go to Ostia you can't miss going to visit them, we went after a Judo competition and we stayed late, they welcomed us very well, the bill was honest and the food was excellent, compliments to everyone

If you're looking for great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and truly hospitable owners, this is the place! The prices are very fair, and they sometimes have live music. To be sure of a seat, it's best to call and make a reservation. We were so pleased the first time we ate here that we ended up eating here every night. Highly recommended!

A quaint place with a warm welcome. Not stopping to eat here would be a real shame, both for the food and for the journey back in time into the unforgettable cinematic past, as witnessed by posters and photos on the walls. If I really had to make one comment... the desserts didn't thrill me, but I'm confident I'll try them again next time.

Fantastic place... the owner is a wonderful and very helpful person. Excellent and plentiful food... the wine doesn't give you a headache the next day... I would return 1000 times over.

Welcoming place. It was Sunday, so a bit crowded, but the dining room was nice. The first course, cacio e pepe, was very good. The second course, the coda... EXCELLENT.

Old Roman tavern. You find yourself "at home" for those who are from Rome. If I were you, I would pay a little visit if you love Roman home cooking.

It was soooo delicious! 😍The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is friendly, and the food is absolutely incredible. Authentic Roman dishes and a real homey vibe. Thank you for a wonderful dinner!🥰

Adiacente al ben più blasonato "al pescatore" è una trattoria di cucina romana e pesce. Naturalmente essendo al mare non ho ordinato carbonara o affini ma un'ottima zuppetta di ceci e moscardini (da ola) e degli spaghetti i alle telline......stai a Ostia che fai non le ordini? Entrambe i piatti soddisfacenti e di buona fattura, se poi ci uniamo la cortesia, la professionalità e la competenza del personale ecco fatte le 5 palle

20/11/2025: I had the pleasure of trying this Roman trattoria in Ciampino, and I must say it was simply fantastic. From the start, you could feel the authentic atmosphere, filled with authentic flavors and a sincere welcome. We started with the house antipasto, rich and well-stocked, perfect for immediately delving into Roman tradition. The carbonara was a true revelation: perfectly creamy, with quality ingredients and that bold flavor that only authentic trattorias can deliver. The meatballs were soft and flavorful, just like homemade, while the coratella won over even those who don't usually choose it, thanks to its perfect cooking and intense yet balanced flavor. The portions are generous, as is tradition, and the staff are distinguished by their kindness and helpfulness, helping make the meal even more enjoyable. All at a truly excellent price, especially considering the quality of the dishes. An authentic trattoria, the kind that makes you love Roman cuisine even more. Highly recommended!

02/12/2025: The pasta was delicious, the service was good, the interior is perhaps a little small so the noise is concentrated. It's near the Roman Colosseum.
