The food is amazing. The pastrami sandwich is incredible, I highly recommend ordering it, one of the best I've ever had. The owner's service is incredible, she's so sweet, she welcomed us really well, very attentive and at the end they even toasted us with cachaça straight from Brazil haha. The atmosphere is very pleasant.

Buseto is a real gem in Pigneto. Soft and tasty meat cooked at low temperature, rich and enveloping polenta with braised meat, but the real protagonists were the off-menu pork chops: simply perfect. The cocktails are also excellent, refined and balanced. To try and try again!

Situato in una via piena di locali, siamo venuti in questo posto su consiglio di una local per un aperitivo. Abbiamo ordinato un calice di vino, un gin tonic e due buoni tacos vegetariani. Il personale gentile e simpatico, un locale perfetto per una serata in compagnia!
