The decision to open a restaurant serving Sardinian specialties in the Seriana Valley is a bold one, and it's still a valid alternative. The dishes are unique, some with a slightly overly mixed flavor mix. The ambiance is also a blend of old and new. Prices are high, in my opinion.

A wonderful experience at a great price.
We had a great time; the food and staff lived up to the expectations set by the person who recommended the restaurant.
We ordered the tasting menus to try various dishes and were very satisfied.
Parking is free but not very close, but it allows you to take a short stroll through the very picturesque village.

Absolutely worth a try.
A very beautiful and unique place with exposed stone and original decorations, very friendly staff, and above all, divinely good food.
We've dined at Burro many times, and each time there's always been some variation to the menu, with new, inviting dishes to try, in addition to the (unmissable) pork belly.

Ayer por la noche mi mujer y yo fuimos ha cenar con altas expectativas, después de que muchos amigos alucinaban con esta cocina, comenzamos con dos copas de spumante, fresco con cierta acidez bastante integrada por lo cual buen comienzo, pedimos para iniciar dos entrantes, ceviche y battuta di manzo,
el ceviche le faltaba casi todos los ingredientes para serlo, leche de tigre inexistente rocoto, ají limo, cancha, choclo, cilantro y patata dulce no los tenían, la battuta correcta pero sin emocionarnos, en este caso decidimos pedir consejo sobre un vino que me llamó la atención, de uva sobremadurada, la camarera nos dice buena elección, pues es bastante contundente, mi mujer y yo decidimos darle confianza, vino naranja con acidez persistente, con recuerdos de fruta como manzana y pera, me recordaba ha una sidra, por lo cual no bien guiados por la camarera, seguimos con la pasta bien cocinada relleno bastante conseguido salsa de queso y unas gotas de ragu, lo mejor de la cena, rodaballo con setas un error, rodaballo congelado pues soltaba agua y era gomoso, lo referimos a la camarera diciéndonos que era fresco, claro que me iba a decir que dan un producto congelado, nos toman por tontos, el postre chescake bastante equilibrada, acabamos con dos cafés, total de la cuenta 139€ una mala inversión.
