...the girl who served us was very helpful and gave us valuable advice on food and wine.
...when booking, I specified that there was a celiac person among us, they made us find special bread ❤️.
...the San Pietro fish, which we took (for 2 people) was good, although for my taste, a little overcooked, but they had the foresight not to fry it, as they usually do, but to put it back in the oven , the head with the entire central spine, precisely because it was also for a celiac person.
...aubergine parmigiana with swordfish (fried with rice flour), tasty and delicate at the same time.
...good and fragrant fried artichokes.
...delicious millefeuille with Chantilly cream and raspberries.

...the only flaw of the evening, a slight smell inside the room, coming from the drains, probably caused by the adverse weather conditions, which can cause this inconvenience, but which fortunately was covered by those coming from the kitchen.

San Frediano, a Firenze, zona di 100 locali, tutti alla moda ed anche Burro & Acciughe ne fa parte. Tavolata fra amici, prima volta, non un piatto uguale. Direi eccellente, con qualche imperfezione; pane e acqua si portano subito in tavola, qualche sorriso in più non guasterebbe, le forchette si cambiano (non a richiesta!) visto il costo del coperto. Per la cucina siamo ad un ottimo livello: uovo a 63° e tataki di ricciola sopra gli altri antipasti, paccheri alla pescatora ottimi, i tonnarelli cacio e pepe li preferisco all'uovo e non "contaminati" dal polpo, frittura mista con salicornia molto buona, calamari grigliati con carciofi nella media. Dessert nella media. Offerta della cantina notevole, un po' cara.

Ottimo cibo e ottimo servizio. Piatti preferiti acciughe fritte con salvia e linguine al gambero rosso crudo e cotto. Ottimo vino in abbinamento consigliato da una ragazza molto sveglia, efficiente e simpatica. Bravi!
