Manager Leiyanis is the best, I stopped by today with my daughter and we ate really well.

Paid for large fries, received small ones. Asked for a drink without ice, received it with ice. It could be improved.

My boyfriend and I come here every now and then, always at different times and on random days. We've always had a good experience. Since it's not in the central area, you'll always find a spot and the place is clean. Plenty of parking in front, we recommend it.

Drive-up orders were not available. Paying for app order was giving an error. I had to order from app and wait in line to pay and pick up..

A large and quiet place to get fast food.

I think it's fair to ask how this Burger King is still open, and it's a genuine question, with no offensive intent. The question arises spontaneously because the way this place is managed is nothing short of shocking... and now I will explain why. The place itself is not very well looked after: the workers are people who don't want to work, clean or even provide a decent service. The place is not even close to a "decent" level of cleanliness and as soon as you enter, you already want to leave; it is not a place that seems active and the employees do not help to improve this impression. I don't often eat fast food, but I've had to deal with Burger King three times and all three times the experience was not appealing: the first time, I used the drive thru service... and they got my order wrong, removing two drinks but adding a random menu...; the second time I had dinner at Burger King and the food was good, but it was the employees who made us not want to stay at the table; and the third time was about a month ago, takeaway service. My God, what a nightmare! That. Nightmare! We were greeted by a girl who, after taking the offer from us, started acting as if she didn't even work there: she told us that the offer couldn't be changed and was moving so slowly that it seemed like she was just taking time. Knowing the type of offer - 4 menus to choose from - I decided to call the manager because I knew that the menus were choice and not all Whoopers as she had selected. The manager confirmed that we could choose the sandwiches, apologized and took our order again. Okay, there was the possibility that it was new but the slowness with which it served us made me want to send my CV to work with them and place the order myself! After 10 minutes, the orders were ready… and what can I say, the food is always good at Burger King. I'd say that's the only consolation, honestly. Burger king food however has always been my favorite - again, I don't eat it often but it's still good. I, for example, took the menu with the chicken wrap... and unfortunately I couldn't eat it immediately. I ate it after an hour and I have to admit: the chips and the wrap were still good. The nuggets are good and so are the ice creams. The food is the only good thing about this fast food restaurant
