Burger King In Bologna

The fast food is from the Burger King chain, it is located in the city center in a very strategic and convenient position. At the entrance there are touch screen displays with which to order food, which you can pay there or at the cash register. If you want, you can also use the app, with which there are discounts. Regarding the food, I don't give more than four stars because it's a fast food restaurant, so the food is the same and the quality is the same. Regarding service, the staff is quick to prepare the trays or bags for takeaway. Table service is not provided. The environment is not very clean, inside the connection is bad even if there is the possibility, after registration, to use their wifi. Regarding the possibility of ordering using the app, we have used it many times and we had a single problem only once, in which the order, even if confirmed by the App, was not confirmed. A probable problem related to the connection is that it was resolved simply by waiting.

Everything was excellent but the bathrooms are closed, I don't know if you had to ask for permission to use them.

Finally a fast food burger place in Bologna that serves a decent veggie burger! The security guy was so friendly assisting us with the screen in order to figure out how to order the burger without mayonnaise and onions. The problem is that they don’t serve Veggie Kids Menü!!! They are Expecting kids to eat only meat!!!! But the veggie burger tasted like the original WHOPPER, except that the French fries are the worst you can ever eat! No wedges options, nada! Just horrible tasteless plastic fries!!!! The place is a bit cold and not cosy to stay any minute after you finish eating, and the price of a veggie burger is more expensive than a good pizza in a quality pizzeria downtown. Also the staff are not helpful and they don’t speak any English at all, and their service is very slow! They are not even able to handle few orders with very few costumers around!! That explains why the place is almost empty even on a Sunday!! Won’t be surprised if it get bankrupt soon!! 🤷🏻‍♂️

Well honestly the burger king is the burger king, the sandwiches have a flavor never seen before other than MC Donald and they are mostly BIGGER. the chips are tastier and in larger portions the drinks are fresh and good. 5 stars

Dirt, uncleanliness, expensiveness

Looking for a place to charge my phone, the staff were immediately available so that this was possible, clean place, fast service, I recommend!
