16/03/2026: I read the reviews and was quite hesitant. I was afraid they'd get the orders wrong or the food wouldn't be good. We ended up going anyway. I have to say, everything went well. The order was complete and everything was correct. The nuggets and fries were hot and tasty, and the drive-thru service was very quick and efficient.

08/02/2026: Terrible attention from the Women Managers on duty today 9th April at 1.35pm, the receipts which have just been issued on the automatic checkouts with the promotion for the Minecraft game ARE RESULTING AS ALREADY used, I immediately asked an employee who suggested that I go to the cashier after a few minutes I turned to the cashier to ask for information to which I was answered rudely first to my daughter telling her "that they wanted to cheat" then I went to the cashier and they replied "WE ARE HERE TO SELL PANINI DON'T CARE ABOUT PROMOTIONS " I asked for contact via email or phone to understand why the codes don't work but I was denied. OBVIOUSLY THE MAIN PROBLEM IS THE POOR ATTITUDE IN FRONT OF A CUSTOMER WHO HAS PROBLEMS WITH A RECEIPT JUST ISSUED BY THEM AND THE NEGATIVENESS TO OFFER A SOLUTION AFTER HAVING BEEN TREATED BADLY WITH THE CLEAR ANNOYANCE OF LISTENING TO ME SAYING I HAVE 30 PEOPLE HERE TO SERVE NOT ME IT DOESN'T MATTER ABOUT PROMOTIONS.
