Is this the best burger I ever had ?

Premessa: raramente mi sono sentito così coccolato, neanche in alcuni ristoranti d’élite Volevo provare questa istituzione da tantissimo tempo, ho trovato un posto vero, fatto da gente che tiene a quello che fa, e il fatto di essere circondato da “locals” di tutte le età, significa che lavorano benissimo Ho scelto il loro panino più iconico, il BUNS: hamburger di manzo con monte veronese, cipolla caramellata, bacon, spinacino e salsa buns. Mi ha fatto impazzire tutto, dal bun morbido ma che non si distrugge, la carne succulenta, il mix formaggio, bacon e salsa è esplosivo e lo spinacino che rinfresca Tutto accompagnato da buonissime patate dolci per nulla stucchevoli Bellissimo il branding, bravissimo il personale

Very good, very good and very kind staff. The place is very welcoming and warm, very informal, everything is very nice, nothing to say! Except that the tables outside are a bit cramped, the prices are normal but I would opt to do some "menus" or "combos", but still small things. One of my favorite burger places!

I have been going to Buns regularly since 2017 and for me it is always the best burger, an amazing comfort food! Pbj and 1984 are my favorites but anything on the menu is devastating!! Excellent service, the guys are attentive and kind and the environment is comfortable.

What a superb experience Buns was. From the warm welcome to the great service, and simply outstanding burger. The waiter took our order and noted we delete a couple of items and immediately twigged we were lactose intolerant, great catch! The burgers came after about 10 mins, piping hot juicy and flavourful, including the vegan mushroom burger, which I have to say was excellent also. Fries were well seasoned as were the burgers and not overloaded with sauces or mustard. al around excellent experience. nice job Buns!

Abbiamo preso ieri 3 panini da asporto qui per mangiarli a casa. Servizio è stato anche veloce e panini non erano così male, infatti vorrei più 3.5 stelle che 3. Allora abbiamo preso il pulled pork, che però era molto salato, molto, quindi dopo qualche morso è stato lasciato lì il panino del mese: totoro con pollo fritto laccato, coleslaw e qualche spezia, non male come sapore e pollo abbondante oltre che ben cotto 1984 con cheddar, cipolla, pomodoro, cetriolino, insalata, salsa goop e aggiunta di bacon. Buono, il migliore dei 3 però secondo me questa salsa goop rovinava un po’ il sapore complessivo però il più buono Le patatine fritte erano spettacolari, davvero ottime, peccato per le polentine fritte che non sono arrivate però vabbè

We got 3 takeaway sandwiches here yesterday to eat them at home. Service was also fast and sandwiches weren't that bad, in fact I would like 3.5 stars more than 3. Good, the best of the 3 but in my opinion this goop sauce ruined the overall flavor a bit but the best The french fries were spectacular, really excellent, it's a shame about the fried polenta which didn't arrive but oh well

Succulent sandwiches and super delicious chips, friendly and effective service! Highly recommended
