Passing by on our way to Gallio (Asiago plateau) by motorbike, my partner Roberta and I stopped at Bunker in Mussolente, a really cool place with friendly and helpful staff, Elisa and Ilaria 🥰🥰 The food was also excellent, plentiful and inviting, not to mention the excellent beer. In short, if I ever come back, a stop is a must. Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The Bunker is an excellent choice for a variety of occasions: from lunchtime during the week to aperitivo on Friday evenings, to dinner on weekends. I don't know who's in the kitchen, but they cook amazingly. I go there mainly for their salads—I dream about them at night—which I swear aren't at all sad. Theirs are definitely better than the ones I make at home; the ingredients are high-quality, and they bring you a huge bowl. I recommend the Amalfi, which has mozzarella—I don't remember if it's buffalo mozzarella—and shrimp; I usually add cherry tomatoes, too. In addition to the salads—which are similar only to salads in name—they make excellent pasta dishes, bruschetta, and club sandwiches. I also tried the giant burgers with fries, but that wasn't the best idea for a lunch break. The Bunker is also a great bar for a drink. The classic aperitifs (Aperol and Hugo) are very good, and we also had the opportunity to try the cocktails, which aren't bad at all. I've always heard about Bunker's legendary Friday night aperitif buffet, but unfortunately I discovered the place too late to truly experience it. They currently offer a buffet, but you pay for a single dish—a single course—which they load up with various appetizers. They're delicious and tempting, of course, but let's just say you might as well have a bruschetta at that point. Ambience-wise, the place is very well-kept and has a bright, covered veranda, which I really like. It's definitely not ideal for tea and a book, but much more for a Friday night aperitif.

Stopping by... had breakfast with croissants and coffee... everything was excellent. Modern atmosphere and very helpful and friendly staff... highly recommended.
