Very positive first experience. In the extremely elegant but sober restaurant there is a pleasant cosmopolitan atmosphere, the open kitchen is particularly appreciated. Remarkable drink list with special mention as far as I'm concerned for the Panchina 3 and the Chain Workers. Dishes to accompany the drinks are truly refined and tasty with a superlative guacamole made directly at the table. Excellent service with all the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended.

Very elegant and well-kept location, the staff is very attentive and kind. I was there for the first time with friends last night and I really enjoyed myself, Chef Giancarlo is truly a very humble and kind person, he welcomes customers and pampers them to make them feel like they were at home. Next time I'll try the food too. The very good Gian tonic made with a personalized gin by the Chef. I highly recommend it.
