Bue Nero In Verona

We loved Bue Nero. The restaurant, which flows seamlessly from the bar, is beautiful. The service was quick and very professional. They offered helpful wine recommendations (the wine list is excellent, by the way) without pushing you towards expensive bottles. The cuisine was varied and offered some wonderful discoveries. A truly great experience and a place worth discovering, not far from the historic center of Verona.

The dishes are excellent. I expected more traction and less innovation. But that doesn't hurt.

A restaurant run by a very young staff, a wonderful culinary experience. We ate offal with expertly prepared pairings. The service was also excellent, with each course being beautifully arranged. The meat was superb, and the price was reasonable.

The food was excellent, all of it. The meats were spectacular. A must-visit if you appreciate good food and value quality.

I wandered in by chance with a friend and was greeted by a smiling and very kind young man. He sat us down and apologized for having us move our table a bit. We only ordered wine, accompanied by chips and olives. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff greeted us both when we entered and when we left. The only small complaint was that the door didn't close properly, and we felt a bit cold, although the staff frequently checked to make sure it was closed properly.

It's clear that there's careful research behind the preparations. Excellent dishes in terms of flavor and presentation. A great experience.

Bue Nero is a stylish city restaurant with a very pleasant atmosphere. We started our evening at the bar, which is beautifully designed and comfortable while waiting for our reservation. The cocktails, however, were quite average and didn’t leave a particular impression. When it comes to the restaurant itself, I must say that the main course was absolutely exceptional. The quality of the meat was astonishingly high, especially considering that it wasn’t U.S. or Japanese beef, but a fairly standard European cut. The flavor was divine — truly memorable — and I warmly recommend it to every visitor and meat lover. As for the starters, the beef tartare was rather average and lacked depth of flavor, although the meat quality itself was satisfactory. One detail I found inappropriate is the pricing of the potato side dish: charging that much for six small round potato slices feels excessive and unjustified. Overall, Bue Nero offers a beautiful setting and truly outstanding meat dishes, with room for improvement in some of the supporting elements. The main course alone, however, makes the visit worthwhile.

Beautiful, welcoming place. Attentive service and excellent food. The quality of the meat and pasta was top-notch. I will definitely return on my next visit.
