Our day off, where else can we spend it if not in a place that can leave a well-defined memory in your mind. This is the Bue Nero led by Chef Chiara, a strong team that knows what they want and is not afraid to show it. A restaurant not for everyone, if you want the usual dishes this place is not for you. A fifth quarter enhanced at its best, we would have eaten that alone, but how could we not take the vegetarian side dishes to mop up until we finish the bread several times? Beautiful experience, we will definitely return, also because we did not try the first courses....

Piatti ben curati e ricercati, forse un po’ troppo, soprattutto per i contorni (dai 11-15€ eccezionali, potrebbero proporli come piatti di portata) che accostati alla carne ne cancellava completamente il sapore. Antipasto con taretare e 3 salse 22€ che servite sul fondo del piatto e non a parte, coprivano il sapore della carne che era difficile da mangiare singolarmente; secondi di carne (filetto 25€ e picanha 23€) molto tenere ma presentati già tagliati troppo sottili, spessore simile al carpaccio, il gusto si percepiva poco, soprattutto se mangiati con i favolosi contorni che sovrastavano completamente la carne; i dolci 11€ molto buoni sia il maritozzo al cioccolato che il “pandoro” con la crema e pere ma prezzo a mio avviso eccessivo rispetto all semplicità del piatto. A completare 2 calici di valpolicella ripasso 7€cad, 1 acqua 2€, coperto 4€ cad (eccessivo vista la mise and place minimal) totale 133€ in due Complimenti ai camerieri per l’ottimo servizio

Personale accogliente e cibo buono, io ho mangiato un panino nella prima parte del locale che è sostanzialmente un bar. Il cibo è buono ma i panini troppo costosi
