The pork ribs are so tender and melt in your mouth! The BBQ sauce has a little berry flavoring and tastes delicious!

Our day off, where else can we spend it if not in a place that can leave a well-defined memory in your mind. This is the Bue Nero led by Chef Chiara, a strong team that knows what they want and is not afraid to show it. A restaurant not for everyone, if you want the usual dishes this place is not for you. A fifth quarter enhanced at its best, we would have eaten that alone, but how could we not take the vegetarian side dishes to mop up until we finish the bread several times? Beautiful experience, we will definitely return, also because we did not try the first courses....

Personale accogliente e cibo buono, io ho mangiato un panino nella prima parte del locale che è sostanzialmente un bar. Il cibo è buono ma i panini troppo costosi

Cenone di capodanno con menù fisso senza possibilità di apportare modifiche anche in caso di allergie o situazioni di salute diverse. Menù non parlante rispetto al contenuto del piatto e ad eventuali allergeni. Personale non sempre preparato sul contenuto del piatto. 130 euro a persona con extra acqua e vino. piatti nella media e non eccezionali (soprattutto il primo). Forse si potrebbe dare una chance fuori capodanno ma in generale l'atteggiamento della brigata (e non del personale che in questo è solo vittima di regole poco attente al cliente) mi porta a dire che non tornerei.

03/06/2025: Ambiente: eigentlich recht schön in einem Kastell, aber sehr laut, sehr viele Menschen Service: unzureichend: Wassergläser werden ineinander gestellt auf den Tische gebracht, eher unfreundlich Essen: ist nach wie vor gut, aber: die Reihenfolge passt einfach nicht. Erst als mein Ehemann fertig war, bekam ich mein Essen. Es wirkte insgesamt äußerst hektisch.
