Bue Nero is a stylish city restaurant with a very pleasant atmosphere. We started our evening at the bar, which is beautifully designed and comfortable while waiting for our reservation. The cocktails, however, were quite average and didn’t leave a particular impression. When it comes to the restaurant itself, I must say that the main course was absolutely exceptional. The quality of the meat was astonishingly high, especially considering that it wasn’t U.S. or Japanese beef, but a fairly standard European cut. The flavor was divine — truly memorable — and I warmly recommend it to every visitor and meat lover. As for the starters, the beef tartare was rather average and lacked depth of flavor, although the meat quality itself was satisfactory. One detail I found inappropriate is the pricing of the potato side dish: charging that much for six small round potato slices feels excessive and unjustified. Overall, Bue Nero offers a beautiful setting and truly outstanding meat dishes, with room for improvement in some of the supporting elements. The main course alone, however, makes the visit worthwhile.

I ate lunch here today. What can I say? The food was excellent, from the appetizers to the tender, fabulous meat—perhaps the best I've ever eaten. The staff was highly qualified and impeccable. If you're passing through Verona, don't forget to try their cuisine. Excellent quality.

Just outside the crowded area, very relaxing and quiet place. The hamburger I had was really good, very tasty and simple therefore not the traditional burger, but well balanced. Recommended!

It's a magical place, the place I come to after driving two hours to eat delicious meat. Everything was perfect, from the wine to the service to the desserts and the location.

Un angolo caratteristico nella già splendida Verona, ambiente antico con accorgimenti all'avanguardia, cena top se si ricerca la carne d'eccellenza. Come di consueto non descrivo i piatti... andate e provate. Il personale giovane e preparato nell'illustrare le pietanze il costo è in linea con ambiente e pietanze.
