Bue Nero In Verona

I went to Il Bue Nero restaurant with my girlfriend, and our experience was generally positive, although there were a few personal details that didn't entirely convince us. We had a tartare appetizer: the preparation was interesting, but there was a crunchy ingredient that I personally didn't like and made it difficult to enjoy the entire dish. The fried brain had a great texture, but some parts were unpleasant to swallow for me. The bread with egg cream spread was excellent, one of the best elements of the appetizer. The meat for the main course was exceptional, tender and well-cooked, accompanied by potatoes with a garlic and oil sauce that were truly delicious. Dessert consisted of churros with strawberries, Campari, and white chocolate: the combination of strawberries and Campari was out of this world, while the white chocolate and Macha weren't to my liking. The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, and the service is attentive and friendly. Overall, we spent about €130 for two, a fair price considering the quality and service. I recommend Il Bue Nero to anyone looking for interesting dishes and a refined atmosphere, keeping in mind that some flavors may not be to everyone's taste.

Very nice place There's a small square with a fountain to entertain the kids while we have a drink. The appetizers are generous and the staff is welcoming.

We stopped by for lunch and had a mixed experience. My companion ordered the toast, which was quite good. I chose the Blue Nemo Burger — the flavor was nice, but the portion was very small. I left still feeling hungry. Fries are not included with the main dishes, and we only noticed afterwards that adding a portion costs €7??? On the bright side, the service was fast and efficient. Overall, a decent spot for a quick bite, though the portions may not be satisfying for everyone.

The subtle elegance of the ambiance and menu, the exceptional courtesy of the staff, and the masterfully paired flavors made our carefree lunch truly unforgettable. I don't like taking photos of the dishes served, but they were so beautiful I had to make an exception... I assure you, they were also delicious.

Siamo stati davvero bene. Ottima tartare saporitissima e molto ben presentata. Picanha e tagliata di altissima qualità. Camerieri gentili e sempre disponibili ai consigli. Ovviamente la qualità si paga. Continuate così, torneremo sicuramente!
