Buca Lapi In Firenze

The restaurant is a real paradise for steak lovers! From the very beginning you can feel the incredible aroma of grilled meat, which immediately stimulates the appetite. The interior is cozy and elegant, with soft lighting and wooden accents, which creates a warm, intimate atmosphere.

The servers and the owner are nice. I think I need to make a reservation. Pici pasta was delicious and the steak wasn’t that great on the day I went…

Loved the food and the general manager was really accommodating despite not being able to find our reservation. This place is a must try if you're in Florence for a few days. We tried the Buca Lapi cannelloni, the pici, steak fiorentina, the chicken liver canapes and the chocolate pie and apple cake for dessert. All were great, but mind you, nothing was absolutely out of this world. The classics were done really well, and nothing more. Grazie Buca Lapi! Loved the complimentary limoncello at the end.

The meat was excellent. Many people come just to eat the meat, and are satisfied with the atmosphere, service, and quality of the meat.

Authentic Florence! A DOC Florentine restaurant... the interior has not changed in the last 30 years and despite this it always remains beautiful and fascinating. But the kitchen is the real protagonist... all the high quality products are selected by the owner who, despite being almost 80 years old, has an enviable passion for what he does. It starts with a hot focaccia made by them, appetizers with excellent cured meats and croutons... then the steak at least 10 cm high cooked to perfection without butter, oil or anything else, just salt, which unlike many other places makes it digestible... The exceptional baked potatoes. We also tasted some meatballs and some sublime artichoke tarts.. remarkable desserts.. a cream with strawberries like the one grandmothers used to make.. super recommended. As a Florentine I can say that it is one of the very few places that truly respect tradition

Excelente comida en el "Restaurante más antiguo" de Florencia. Buca Lapi tiene un comedor único con decoraciones de patrón en carteles de viaje. La comida es tradicional y deliciosa. El servicio es bueno. Empezamos con el fresco Maltagliati al basilico e pomodoro y el Canelón gratinati alla Buca Lapi. Ambas eran delicias de sabor completo. Para nuestro plato fuerte, tuvimos el Osso Buco y el Polpette. Rico, sabroso y lleno. Quedaba un poco de espacio así que compartimos el pastel de chocolate negro. Acabado perfecto. Restaurante muy agradable con maravillosa comida toscana y el servicio a juego.

Siamo riusciti a prenotare e la cena ha confermato le aspettative .abbiamo avuto il pregio di confrontarci sui piatti con il proprietario che fa della passione e della competenza il Suo punto di forza . Fiorentina da lacrima come tutto d’altronde !! Complimenti complimenti complimenti
