If there had been the possibility I would have put stars endlessly. I had dinner last night for the first time with friends from Arezzo, a very beautiful and evocative place, finally a welcome that I hadn't remembered for a long time, the super excellent and quality food. My compliments to Luca and the excellent team he manages. 🔝🔝🔝

Invitati da nostri amici che conoscono questo storico locale di Arezzo ci siamo recati a visitare il centro storico nella giornata del mercato d'antiquariato molto bello ed interessante , venendo poi al Ristorante effettivamente è caratteristico per la sua storia e ambientazione seppur per chi soffre di claustrofobia lo sconsiglio , sono stati apprezzate positivamente le pietanze che si basano sulla cucina tradizionale e semplice della zona , il servizio direi ottimo, il vino e l'olio della tenuta del Dott. Bertelli ( Prada) ottimi ! Insomma nel suo insieme tutto positivo . Da ritornarci .

Nell’ itinerante ricerca di citta’ che raccontano la nostra storia , Arezzo e’ tra queste scelte !
Nell’immediata vicinanza alla cattedrale nel centro del borgo , troverete la Buca di San Francesco .
L’ingresso al ristorante quasi sotterraneo , vi introdurrà in un ’ in una location particolare e suggestiva .
Il tutto in linea con la cucina che vi verra’ proposta sempre eccellente che noi abbiamo apprezzato 30 anni or sono e che oggi si riconferma al Top !

The very characteristic restaurant, the very kind staff, as far as the dishes are concerned, the cured meats are banal for the price they have, everything else is good, but I strongly advise against taking dishes off the menu without first knowing the price. (Too expensive)

I was there 43 years ago and I still haven't forgotten it. Really very, very beautiful. I remember having a great meal and the staff at the time were "exquisite". As soon as I get an opportunity to go back, I won't miss it!!!

Dinner last night with a group, great discovery! I ate really well, excellent and well cooked dishes, attentive and courteous staff, a truly lovely experience! Highly recommended!
