Pleasant restaurant at Flaminio. Excellent octopus on chickpea cream and roast beef, cheese and pepper. However, at a table of 8 everyone left satisfied

An incredible discovery. We had dinner with friends and had a first cacio e pepe with very creamy cherry tomatoes and sautéed chicory, generous dishes and excellent white wine. Refined but at the same time relaxing environment. Thanks for the good dinner.

A very pleasant dinner (amazing roast beef) in a very pleasant environment and clientele. An impeccable and attentive welcome and service... last but not least located in a quiet street with the possibility of parking. I will return…. thank you ❤️

Cute, all nice but the heart is missing. And Rome needs it!!! And one of the side dishes marinated courgettes I must say seriously insufficient non-olive oil and it was noticeable. Tables a little too close together, but a very pleasant place with beautiful, tasteful paintings and a relaxing atmosphere.

Molto simpatico il nome originale del locale BUB1: in pratica la denominazione sintetica dell’enzima serin-treonin chinasi ovvero il Saccharomyces Cerevisiae, il lievito della fermentazione enolica. Quindi si presume una buona Carta dei Vini! Ho provato una buona Amatriciana, eseguita a mestiere con guanciale croccante e poi il piatto forte della casa: il Roast Beef. Al calice ho trovato un buon Nebbiolo. Un locale molto ben frequentato. Costo molto conveniente. Da tornare.

19/10/2024: Very nice place, furnished in rustic style with the entrance painted with Etruscan effigies. The staff were very kind, attentive and smiling, quality food, all made by them, excellent desserts. It was a pleasant experience, we will definitely return to taste the other dishes on the menu.
