Bubi's In Roma

Molto simpatico il nome originale del locale BUB1: in pratica la denominazione sintetica dell’enzima serin-treonin chinasi ovvero il Saccharomyces Cerevisiae, il lievito della fermentazione enolica. Quindi si presume una buona Carta dei Vini! Ho provato una buona Amatriciana, eseguita a mestiere con guanciale croccante e poi il piatto forte della casa: il Roast Beef. Al calice ho trovato un buon Nebbiolo. Un locale molto ben frequentato. Costo molto conveniente. Da tornare.

The food here is next level, I've been to a lot of places that serve nice mash potato and I like to think that I myself can make good mash... Try the roast beef and mash here and you'll have to rethink what good mash is. Don't think English roast beef and mash either, it's nothing like your thinking. I tried the food before I took a photo, big mistake in this case. After the first mouthful I forgot to take a picture. The photo I have was taken by my lovely Girlfriend who is not the best with a camera but it gives you an idea of the dish. I ordered a freddo cappuccino, which I like sweet but they serve them unsweetened, I mentioned quietly to my girlfriend that I should have asked for it to be sweeter and within moments someone was at the table with sugar syrup for my drink. I wish we had service in the UK that was this attentive. All I can say is if you are in the area this place is a must. Absolutely blew us away. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you Bubi's.

There are few restaurants in Rome with such a rich and well-prepared menu....Elegant environment and ownership always vigilant about the quality of service....It is absolutely not touristy...If it were closer to home I would go there even more often.....

Near the People's Square, far from the hustle and bustle of the city center, a good restaurant with fresh products and reasonable prices with a warm welcome, I recommend this neat restaurant Worth getting out of the historic center

Once again a good opportunity to meet a friend who works in the area and then pay a visit to this restaurant. Always an excellent welcome that makes the difference. Thanks and see you next time

The place is nice and well-kept. We were served by a polite and efficient waiter. Unfortunately the room was very noisy (so much so that it was difficult to talk to the diners) and perhaps a little too full (they added a seat at the table next to ours, so for the entire duration of the dinner I had a lady sitting behind me , leaning against my back). Prices in line with the average, except for the cake, overrated and served on a cold metal tray (it was a millefeuille cake)
