Bubalus - Bottega Gastronomica In Ragusa

I didn't want to write this review, not because the place isn't worth it, but because it's too good! I want to keep it to myself, hahahahaha, but it's only right to compliment the owners and the staff. The food is top-notch, the kindness and service are top-notch, and the prices are reasonable and fair. They even make excellent desserts. Mouth-watering. The only small flaw is that it's a small place, and when it gets crowded, it's really cramped. But that's not their fault. I'm just writing this to warn you that if you're a group of 10 people at lunch and want to sit down, it can be a bit of a hassle at certain times. Otherwise, it's a very nice and welcoming place. The people who work there are incredibly sweet. Even when they're under pressure because there are so many people, they always give you the right amount of attention and even a smile.

The buffalo meat is excellent, and the caponata is SUPER.

A very nice place located in the center of Marina di Ragusa; the buffalo mozzarella and other products are homemade. The scaccia (focaccia) and pizza slices are highly recommended.

The food is excellent and the staff is helpful and kind even in the busiest moments. The eggplant parmigiana is excellent but everything else is exceptional. Very good.
