Simply perfect. I looked for boiled meat and this one didn't pop up first, in fact I won't explain why. The guys are all very young but very competent and kind. I took the great boiled meat, being a lover as well as an author of excellent boiled meats and having tried it all over Italy I can say that it is the best I have ever eaten. Choice of cuts including the head and the muscle with the bone, the excellent broth and not at all greasy but the gem is the earthenware pot that keeps everything warm even for a long time, then an agnolotti to degrease and we are done. The best dinner in Turin Without a doubt.

I've been hearing about the place for years but we've never had the chance to go, today we were in the center and we found ourselves in front of the place by chance, we had lunch without having booked, we ate very well, good service, the only flaw was the plin with roast gravy which in my opinion were too soupy, otherwise everything was excellent, recommended

Buonissima la bagna cauda, credo l'unica a Torino senz'aglio. Tartare di Fassona doli ottima qualità, plin con sugo d'arrosto molto saporiti. Essendo un locale molto grande c'è un po' do confusione, personale non simpaticissimo, ma questo è oltremodo soggettivo.

Spectacular waiters, especially Patrick and Simone, genuine and traditional food, good quality and price, perfect for an evening with friends, less so for formal lunches or dinners.

Gli interni del locale sono un po' âgée, mentre il servizio è giovane e rapido. In merito alla qualità delle pietanze, posso valutare solo la carne cruda, ottima. Meno la bagna cauda, solo assaggiata. Nota di demerito per il cestino del pane, 4 misere fettine per 4 persone. Potete fare meglio.

Buon ristorante di cucina tradizionale. Abbiamo preso un bel tagliere misto con un buonissimo salame fresco locale (mica). Bagna cauda abbondante e con tante verdure. Servizio giovane e cortese. Prezzo nella media. Lo consiglierei.

Un ottimo ristorante tipico piemontese. Portate di ottima qualità e presentate benissimo. Consiglio ai gestori di prevedere una formula con un misto di antipasti, soprattutto per le tavolate, perché abbiamo dovuto prendere una porzione singola di ogni piatto e dividerla fra di noi in autonomia (a mio avviso poco pratico ed “elegante”, e soprattutto non conveniente, considerando che il tagliere di salumi e formaggi costa 24,00 euro e non bastava neanche per tre persone. Abbiamo avuto un problema con una tagliata ordinata alla crema di peperoni; ci hanno comunicato che era terminata dopo che gli altri commensali avevano già terminato il secondo, ma il personale ci ha omaggiato dell’amaro. Ottimo ristorante, non economico, ma in pieno centro è da mettere in conto.

Ristorante Consorzio

11/03/2025: I review less and less often, but Consorzio is worth suggesting. Discovered thanks to a suggestion from the owner of the apartment where we stayed, I then looked into it further, noting that it is also suggested by the Michelin guide as a place to eat typical Piedmontese cuisine. True, and false. The subject is typical Piedmontese cuisine, the style aims to enhance it by modernizing it or with courageous intuitions. A high-level dinner from starter to dessert, all accompanied by a white wine that I would never have chosen on its own and which enhanced every flavour. Intense flavors that often recover less noble parts such as marrow, kidneys, brain, heart, cockscomb, etc. Optimal.
08/03/2025: In Turin for work. Beautiful day, with warm sun, clear sky. Everything went right. So I treated myself to a lunch in this restaurant with my clients. Cozy, warm, homely atmosphere. Excellent food (the marrow superb). Absolutely worth trying
