Nice environment, good food and excellent raw materials

I had already been to this restaurant and remembered it better. Trio of flavorless raw meats and bagna cauda a little light (I asked for the traditional one but it seemed like they had put something in to lighten it) and almost chilly. A little disappointed.

Typical Langhe and Piedmontese cuisine in general, obviously great wines. Bagna Cauda above all 😊

Excellent culinary experience, good and plentiful starters, the same cannot be said about the second courses. I got a nice cut but really too small, full of sauce to fill the plate and the stomach. Absurd to have finished all the drinks except water and some wine on Sunday lunch!!! Prices a little high. Slow service, the waiters sometimes seemed bored by our requests.

We booked for 8 people, the place is nice, a stone's throw from the central market, the food is good, but the portions are not very generous. Prices are average. It's sad to say but the service is the flaw of this place, as they were slow in serving and after having served all the dishes, they were told that they couldn't make a dish as it was finished and the boy was forced to change dishes and eat when the rest of us had finished. They were kind to offer bitters and coffee.

I love this restaurant, but I am very disappointed that it is not possible to have a quiet lunch during lunch time. I perfectly understand the challenges linked to management costs, but given the strong tourist influx in the area, I believe that keeping the restaurant open, at least from Wednesday onwards, would be a winning choice, even with a limited number of seats. I hope the management takes my observation into consideration for the future. Excellent as always, I mean the one without garlic, however I would have liked the cooked vegetables warm and not from the fridge

Gli interni del locale sono un po' âgée, mentre il servizio è giovane e rapido. In merito alla qualità delle pietanze, posso valutare solo la carne cruda, ottima. Meno la bagna cauda, solo assaggiata. Nota di demerito per il cestino del pane, 4 misere fettine per 4 persone. Potete fare meglio.

Il prezzo di 22€ per una Bagna Cauda minimal è un po' alto. Il locale leggermente freddo. Il servizio invece risulta essere pienamente soddisfacente. Il locale risulta pulito e dallo stile tradizionale.

Buon ristorante di cucina tradizionale. Abbiamo preso un bel tagliere misto con un buonissimo salame fresco locale (mica). Bagna cauda abbondante e con tante verdure. Servizio giovane e cortese. Prezzo nella media. Lo consiglierei.

Un ottimo ristorante tipico piemontese. Portate di ottima qualità e presentate benissimo. Consiglio ai gestori di prevedere una formula con un misto di antipasti, soprattutto per le tavolate, perché abbiamo dovuto prendere una porzione singola di ogni piatto e dividerla fra di noi in autonomia (a mio avviso poco pratico ed “elegante”, e soprattutto non conveniente, considerando che il tagliere di salumi e formaggi costa 24,00 euro e non bastava neanche per tre persone. Abbiamo avuto un problema con una tagliata ordinata alla crema di peperoni; ci hanno comunicato che era terminata dopo che gli altri commensali avevano già terminato il secondo, ma il personale ci ha omaggiato dell’amaro. Ottimo ristorante, non economico, ma in pieno centro è da mettere in conto.
