The atmosphere is welcoming, and the ceiling with its fake vines is a lovely touch. The staff is friendly. The dishes are very tasty and made with local ingredients. The vitello tonnato was excellent, as was the selection of raw meats. The tajarin with ragù and plin pasta were delicious! The wine pairing for the occasion was much appreciated. I will definitely be back! Thank you.

A lover of the board game Monopoly and the Piedmontese capital, I couldn't resist buying and playing Torinopoli, a version of the famous game set in the city streets. The tokens are Turin brands such as Gianduiotti, Fiat, Molecola, Amiat, and Smat: one of these is Antica Bruschetteria Pautasso.
Years later, searching for a place to enjoy bagna cauda, I came across this name again and immediately jumped at the chance to try the cuisine.
The menu ranges from appetizers, traditional first and second courses such as risotto, tajerin, ravioli, agnolotti, polenta concia, bagna cauda, cheeses, raw meat, snails, cured meats, braised beef, Fassone tartare, veal with tuna sauce, hazelnut cake, and bunet. The cuisine is delicious and truly traditional.
The restaurant is divided into two very spacious floors with tables; There's also a small outdoor terrace in the square.
The staff is very friendly, and the atmosphere is quiet and pleasant.
The prices are average, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. Satispay is accepted as a payment method.

When tradition is in the air, you come to Pautasso. The service and atmosphere are family-friendly, ensuring you'll find Piedmontese dishes as they once were, with chef Francesco's unmistakable signature.
The veal with tuna sauce and the guanciale are top-notch.

A traditional place in the heart of Turin. When it's nice, you eat outside; when it's cold, you eat in the gloomy underground room. I'm back after 20 years, and nothing has changed! Yet the dishes aren't gigantic, but they're good. Delicious breadsticks, good bread, and decent wines. Guys, the decor needs a makeover.
