Siamo ritornati a pranzo due giorni di seguito ed il motivo è semplice :
si mangia la cucina tipica lucana e la signora Giovanna è un personaggio che sa mettere a proprio agio il cliente. Vino rosso buono , prodotto dal marito, ambiente piccolo e non accetta prenotazioni. Per mangiare bisogna arrivare a mezzogiorno o alle 18,30.

If I could give more stars, I would.
Love in everything, and everything homemade.
It consists of one dish with three options, cooked by the same person who offers them.

Very good! You feel like you're eating right at home. They suggest several menus, and you can choose up to three. We had meatballs with potatoes and pasta. The tiramisu and wine were delicious! At the end, the owner and cook came to greet us and ask how it was. A lot of heart goes into what she does and good vibes! Very happy to have come here. We'll be back!

Simple, local, and fresh cuisine. We sit down at a table and head to the counter to choose our dishes. The owner presents and explains them. Everything is homemade, including the desserts. Everything available is behind the counter. When the "meals" are finished, well, they're finished! Overall, a score that's incomparable with other establishments! For 2 people, 1 aperitif each with 1 antipasti, 1 main course each, 1 dessert each, 1 bottle of water (large), 1 glass of red wine, and 1 coffee for €40!
All served with a smile and kindness. A truly enjoyable experience. We will definitely be back. We recommend it without reservation. To finish, a small local digestif, also homemade, is offered.

A typical, family-run, friendly restaurant with a down-to-earth atmosphere! The two managers are friendly and welcoming.
However, beware of the price, which quickly climbs if you ask the chef to make you a plate with an assortment of the gratin dishes she shows you! (For me, it was a plate of gratinchoufleur/baked peppers and orecchiette.)
We ended up with a bill of 46 euros for two dishes and two drinks (no cocktails). It's expensive for a simple Italian restaurant.
Nevertheless, I recommend the experience.

Trattoria/osteria alla buona, il cibo ricorda la cucina della nonna, porzioni abbondanti e saporite, condite da una nota di ironia dei 2 proprietari, lui in cucina lei al banco. Possibilità di asporto o di pranzo all'interno del locale, senza aspettarsi calici di cristallo o cibi raffinati.
