Food is always excellent, so is the service. I recommend it for lunch, it's more quiet (less Italians). I think this is the highest quality sushi restaurant around the lake.

I admit, going to a Japanese Restaurant when visiting Italy wasn’t on my todo list, but my daughter wanted something else than pasta or pizza so we went to Brunati. The food was delicious and the waiter very friendly and attentive. We will certainly come back again, next time we visit Salò.

A truly fantastic restaurant. We went there on our wedding day and got a seat even without a reservation. The service was excellent, and all the staff were extremely courteous. The sushi was of the highest quality and tasted truly outstanding. Parking is available right around the corner in a public parking lot with a parking permit. We highly recommend the Brunati Sushi Restaurant and will definitely be back!

The dishes arrived with well-managed timing and pleasing to the eye plating. The location is particularly pleasant: elegant, clean and tastefully cared for, perfect for a relaxed evening or a slightly more special occasion. The service was attentive and friendly, and the owner was very kind and helpful, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere. The price is slightly above average, but partly justified by the environment and overall quality. However, one small detail was slightly out of place: we noticed that the mochi served as dessert came directly from large-scale distribution, which we noticed because a waitress passed by the room with the package in her hand. An element that, in such a refined context, makes the experience lose coherence a little. That said, it remains a valid address for sushi lovers looking for a pleasant atmosphere and well-managed service, with just a few details to perfect.
