It's an excellent place for pasta restaurants, but don't go between 12 and 6 pm as it's closed.

At this restaurant, they make fresh pasta with special flours (a kind gentleman at the counter explained it to me, but I'm half-deaf due to my age and didn't understand much). It's brown in color, but it's that brown when it comes out. You can choose the pasta shapes and sauces, and the staff is young and fast, serving everyone very quickly. I ate very well. I'm going to take my nephew there, who loves pasta, and he'll definitely enjoy it. I have to thank him because he recently got me an SPID (Italian Public Security Number) to access the internet.

We went to this restaurant on a recommendation and had an incredibly delicious pasta dish. First of all, I would like to thank the friendly gentleman at the entrance who explained each pasta dish to us, including its sauces. If you ever find yourself in Turin, I highly recommend trying it. Exceptional pasta, with special daily creations, organic red pasta with nut sauce. Lasagna is incredibly delicious... The polpette are also fantastic.

Simply splendid...we tried 5 first courses between the five of us...all delicious...abundant portions...very kind staff and finally a tiramisu made by them which was simply perfect.

01/02/2026: If you're driving near Fornovo Val di Taro, leave the highway and head to Osteria Le Vigne (Varano de' Melegari) and treat yourself to a truly excellent lunch or dinner. The atmosphere, food, and service are all top-notch, making you wonder why the service can't be this good everywhere. In any case, it's a very unique place that offers traditional Parmesan dishes with a touch of originality. Excellent ingredients expertly prepared. A carefully crafted food and wine list. And to top it all off, an absolutely reasonable bill. Well done. Don't change!! 👍
