Classic place for a quick lunch during a work break. Food quality quite good. Environment: you can't expect it given the target. Service: I certainly don't expect bows or big smiles when I enter, but not even small smiles or a vague nod to confirm that they have seen me; I just ask that someone tell me where to sit and let me know that sooner or later someone will come to take my order.
