I've reviewed BRISS in the past, giving it 5 stars across the board. Unfortunately, there's no sixth star, because this seafood restaurant fully deserves it. The ingredients are always excellent: whether cooked or raw, the fish is top-quality. In the hands of the legendary "Chef Fabriss," this quality is transformed into truly extraordinary dishes—as they used to say on TV: "Seeing is believing!" In every course, the various components blend perfectly, creating an impeccable balance of flavors. The appetizers, first courses, second courses, and desserts reach the level of truly Michelin-starred cuisine. The service is attentive and prompt, while the plating is a true choreography of food, so carefully crafted that the eyes begin to feast even before the mouth begins to feast. In the year since my last review, I've been back dozens of times and have never been disappointed. A place for a special occasion. From the excellent food to the excellent wine selection, and no less so, the attentive staff. A place worth trying. We tried the Freschissimi raw fish, and the dishes that followed were truly a delight. We'll definitely be back to make a great impression.

Great fish, top-quality oysters. The scampi with couscous are worth the visit. The smoked mackerel risotto redefines the concept of mackerel.

Top marks for this fantastic place: the owners' dedication is evident in the quality of the fresh fish and the preparation of the dishes, all exquisite 🤩 Among the offerings, the raw fish tasting will satisfy fish lovers, although it would be a shame to miss the Catalan-style lobster steak, a perfectly executed appetizer! The risotto, perfectly cooked and with bold flavors, and the spectacular desserts demonstrate the chef's mastery. Congratulations! Bonus: the chef's thoughtfulness when it came to dessert, since it was a dinner to celebrate our anniversary, speaks volumes about his concern for his guests. But then there are other things to review about a restaurant, and there too, everything was perfect: a refined and elegant venue, a romantic atmosphere, adorable staff (owner and waitress), a beautiful wine selection... There's one last thing to consider: the bill. Perhaps the only item where the quality isn't top-notch (I mean, the prices are good), thus offering excellent value for money. It was a perfect evening and a wonderful discovery. We'll definitely be back. 😊

A delightful discovery. I tried this restaurant for the first time for dinner with friends. It has an indoor dining room and an additional small dining room; a delightful little outdoor area. The ingredients are of the highest quality. Traditional Mediterranean seafood dishes are excellently prepared by the chef. The wine list is excellent. Attentive service. Courteous and professional staff. The owner is the chef.

Seafood restaurant with a nice menu and a nice wine list. The fried food is good, as are the desserts. The owner is very friendly. Cloth tablecloth and napkins.

Per pranzo, grazioso anche se attesa un po’ “allungata”. Consigliato il fritto misto e i cannoli (3) dello chef. Prezzi nella media. Meglio prenotare.

Tartare di gambero rosso molto gustosa e di qualità, la frittura era ottima e abbondante e anche ombrina alla brace davvero ottima. Servizio molto cortese e gentile unica pecca un po’ lenti e questo non ci ha fatto prendere il dolce. Ma la signora è stata tanto gentile da avvertire che in sala avevano molte persone da servire e quindi andavano più lenti. Se si vuole mangiare pesce fresco e cucinato in modo corretto questo è un ristorante di buon livello.
