Excellent seafood restaurant in the center of Turin, excellent quality and dishes cooked with imagination and goodness... the desserts are also good... fair prices for the quality presented... definitely worth trying

Fresh and excellent quality fish

I really appreciated the quality of the ingredients and the preparation. I didn't drink wine, so I can't comment on it. The restaurant, both inside and out, is quite small, with tables close together, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. However, for a restaurant that, especially considering the average prices in Turin (which are almost half those in Bologna), is positioned in the high-end segment, the service is truly lacking. For an appetizer and a first course, without dessert or wine, I spent around 50 euros, and that didn't include the raw fish platter or the soup, which appear to be the specialties, and the dishes themselves are significantly more expensive. They could use an extra person in the kitchen and perhaps even in the dining room. As a customer, you feel cheated (not just by this restaurant but in general) by having to pay ever-increasing prices, while the table settings lack even a cloth tablecloth and the service is increasingly improvised (and truly slow). And it doesn't matter that the restaurant was packed, that it might have been an unlucky evening, because the bill is always the same. In any case, I really enjoyed the dinner (raw shrimp and orange salad, tagliolini with anchovy butter and black truffle), which is why my rating remains largely positive.

Very pleasant dinner, a more than welcoming environment, as well as the owners who immediately put you at ease. A menu of a few courses masterfully cooked by the Chef. Every course we tried was excellent. Really compliments!

Briss is a little gem. The dishes are all delicious and well-prepared. The raw materials are excellent. The service is courteous and never intrusive. Few dishes, but extraordinary.

La prima impressione è sgradevole. Tavolo apparecchiato con orribili tovagliette in plastica stampata imitazione coccodrillo. Sono anche scurissime. questo non consente di valutare con un'occhiata la pulizia, come farebbe un semplice runner di cotone bianco. La tartare di gamberi rossi è rovinata dall'eccessiva, inutial aggiunta di arancia, che sovrasta ogni altro sapore. Accettabili i tagliolini al nero e quelli all'astice (dove forse si è esagerato con laglio). Accettabile i rombo. Eccellente la Bouillabaisse. Ottimi ingredienti, eccellenta preparazione. Molto buona la crema all'aglio. Buoni i sorbetti. Servizio volenteroso e cortese, ma vanficato dall'inadeguatezza produttiva della cucina. La mia cena è durata dalle 20:45 alle 23:10!

In occasione del mio compleanno ,abbiamo provato Briss. Locale piccolino ma molto carino. Siamo stati molto bene. Qualità delle materi prime ottima. I piatti sono preparati al momento e forse per questo si attende un pò di più, ma ne vale la pena. Arrivando presto abbiamo potuto sceglierci il tavolo appunto, sennò in quanto coppia i tavoli troppo vicini nn ci piacciono molto.
