A restaurant known when it was in another area of ​​the city, I frequent it with friends and family, excellent cuisine which I believe is among the best if not the best fish restaurants in Turin.

wonderful fish restaurant with very fresh raw dishes. Choice of oysters, tasty dishes with refined preparation. I recommend the fried fish which is not so varied even at the seaside. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent value for money. Parking nearby. Some also available outside. Better to book especially in the evenings at weekends. Also open for lunch

From the first encounter with the "briss" cuisine, in the old headquarters, there was the amazement of tasting dishes that were decidedly innovative but simple and extremely refined in their essentiality. The family that runs this small place expresses an experience and knowledge of the subject that accompanies those who sit at those tables on a journey of great pleasure. Whoever takes care of the dining room knows how to expertly recommend the wine that will accompany the meal prepared by a chef who not only cooks very well but also does the "shopping". There is no lack of commitment and attention just as there is no lack of great results.

Finally a restaurant where you can eat good fish in Turin. Quality raw materials cooked in an original way without overdoing it. The courgette flowers stuffed with cod, the spaghettoni with crunchy anchovies and the fried food are excellent. We will be back to try the other proposals! See you soon

For me, BRISS is one of my points of reference when I want to eat fantastic fish. Furthermore, all at reasonable prices and with impeccable service and perfect plating. Congratulations keep it up!!!!!!!

Locale gestito da Monica e suo marito Fabrizio (Briss). La prima in sala e il secondo in cucina. Hanno cambiato, abbastanza di recente, la sede. Ma la qualità è invariata: alta! Ottima carta di vini. Una menzione speciale per il fritto: asciuttissimo e saporito.

Ristorante in pieno centro Torino un locale di pesce devo dire molto interessante Due piatti gestiti, interessanti triglietta scottata con carciofi croccanti goduriosa e uno spaghetto trafilato al bronzo con un pesto trapanese, quantità corrette prezzo leggermente sproporzionato verso l’alto carta di Vini presente anche se un po’ corta da un certo punto di vista personale simpatico e molto preparato Consigliato

17/06/2024: Definitely a nice place. The owner is very approachable, smiling and sociable. The food.... I challenge anyone not to eat a bucket of meatballs and then the really good red pasta with anduja... I'll be back!
14/06/2024: Dinner with à la carte menu: cod meatballs crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with well-balanced aioli sauce. Seared octopus with peas and potatoes, excellent. Mixed fried fish as always appetizing, varied and not greasy. The service is as usual friendly and prompt, just give a nod and Ale arrives quickly. High quality at extremely affordable prices. Update: Exceptional seafood paella! Update: Langhe evening, with raw meat, veal with tuna sauce (with "old" sauce, without mayonnaise, and sorry if it's not much...) tomini al verde, agnolotti with roast sauce, and roast. We would have to go out, go back in, and start again! Update: renovated room, dominated by greenery with large leaf walls. Very nice, clean, relaxing. New wines in bulk, and an expanded choice of bottles: Ale will soon also add a wine shop to the business.

06/08/2024: It's always a huge pleasure to go back, the food is good and being a small place you are always treated well
02/08/2024: Small restaurant in the Santa Rita area. But guys it's always a guarantee. Very fresh fish (we took a raw fish that seemed to have been caught 10 minutes earlier), generous portions like in a real Osteria and absolutely honest prices considering the quality and freshness. It's a real shame that it's small and has few seats, but let's look at it from the right side: it's for dinners with a few intimate friends, not for large, noisy tables. The service is good and the owner is really very kind. I highly recommend it, but don't say it too much otherwise it will be attacked.
