Fantastic choice of sandwiches! Especially appreciated the 2 vegetarian sandwiches and the vegan and also protein one 😍 very good job really great keep it up ❤️

11/08/2025: I was there recently and it surprised me. Let's just say it's my go-to place for a spritz after I land from Ronchi. This time I went for gelato. Delicious and generous portions. My husband is trying all the Carsoline gelatos in the area and he loved it. The staff is young, but not particularly inexperienced; I've had worse experiences (like at Pane Quotidiano in Barcola). I'm usually not enthusiastic, but this time I hope to go back soon for gelato there. (And then there's the convenience of parking out front; I used to take my grandmother there, who didn't walk much. Now that I have small children, I appreciate it even more.)

02/09/2025: I stumbled upon this bakery by chance. I was helped by an enthusiastic young Italian woman with a broad smile (Zazia, she said, means "light") who thinks along with you! Someone who truly enjoys her work, or simply makes the best of everything. And that's a pleasure for guests and therefore a great calling card for the business. The food and coffee were also excellent, by the way.
