birrificio in centro a Cortona, ottime birre alla spina fatte da loro e ottimi piatti. Potete spaziare dai taglieri di salumi toscani ai pici (ottimi) al galletto. Buoni i dolci dagli immancabili cantucci al vin santo, al semifreddo al vin santo al classico tiramisù fatto da loro. Ottime tutte le birre, per gusto consiglio la rossa o l'ambrata. Da provare se siete a Cortona

Lo stile del locale ricorda un pochino quello delle birrerie tedesche, il menù è ampio e spazia dagli antipasti ai primi, passando per hamburger e piatti bavaresi, oltre ovviamente a contorni e dolci... sfizioso e abbondante il piatto bavarese con wustel, crauti, patate e brezel, buono anche l'hamburger "bischero"... il birrificio oltre alle birre, propone anche vini e sidro... personale attento e cortese, conto nella norma... da provare!

05/07/2025: Gina in the dining room and Bea in the kitchen, two wonderful women! Bea's potatoes are fantastic and the desserts.... profiteroles and strawberry marengo to die for BRAVE! WE WILL BE BACK!

03/08/2025: We had a great lunch. The staff was kind and attentive, always present without being intrusive. The menu offers original, well-thought-out dishes prepared with evidently high-quality ingredients. The bill is in line with the care and quality of the offerings. The view is stunning!
03/08/2025: We had lunch and had a wonderful time. The staff was extremely attentive to every detail, kind and meticulous. The menu was refined and original, and the quality of the ingredients was clearly evident. The dishes were anything but ordinary, tasty, and featured surprising pairings (liver and apricots!) that even a staunch Tuscan like my companion delighted. I let the owner choose the wine glass, and it was spot on. For those in the know, however, the menu is designed to pair dishes with wines. The prices are fair for the quality and refined preparation of the ingredients. I'm still curious to return to try the other dishes on the menu!
