Bravo Caffe In Bologna

Steve Norman concert was fantastic, exciting, in an intimate atmosphere but with a large audience. Food was ok. Nice venue. A bit shocked by the owner who, faced with our specific complaints about the position of the table booked ages ago, made really unhumorous jokes (to put it mildly...). The staff, on the other hand, were very polite. I would suggest better care of the toilets.

Quite an iconic place in Bologna for lovers of rock'n'roll and especially jazz music. Central location. I've been there for dinner a few times (I don't think it's open for lunch): I recommend the crescentine as an appetizer, a bit of all the first courses on the menu, and especially the famous cotoletta alla bolognese! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. See you soon!

Jazz restaurant in the center of Bologna. Soft lighting, good music, good food, good choice of wines and cocktails. The music does not allow for an agile dialogue between diners but this must be taken into account in a place like this

Memorable, unforgettable experience! Very kind and attentive Massimiliano: he combines carefully prepared foods, even local tradition, perhaps slightly revisited in a gourmet key, with a wide range of wines. And above all high-level music/concerts. Absolutely recommended!

Very pleasant venue unique in Bologna that offers prestigious live music. We went for the concert of an unsurpassed Dominic Miller and his amazing band. All accompanied by excellent food and wine and the emotion of being seated a few steps away from top-level artists. My wife and I are coming from Rome for the Guotar Show in Bologna. They told us about this place as one of the few if not the only one in Bologna where you can listen to excellent live music and spend a nice evening eating very well. Well all expectations were met. Cozy place and very kind and knowledgeable staff. Excellent traditional Bolognese food and good, or rather excellent music... the musical program of the venue is truly top-notch and I say this as a musician. Chapeau. Until next time

Great live music, which creates pleasant atmosphere. Good menu, but nothing to be impressed with food. In general comfortable place, we had a good time.

I went for dinner with friends and we found ourselves immersed in a truly unique atmosphere: soft lights, live music and an energy that makes you forget everything else. The menu is a treat for those who love Bolognese cuisine: the tortellini are worthy of applause, the Petroniana cutlet was crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the crescentine... a drug. The wines are also worth it: the menu is vast and well curated, with many local labels. But the real magic touch is the music. When they start playing, everything transforms: it seems to be in a small jazz club in New York, but with the warm welcome typical of Bologna. I was lucky enough to see an amazing live show just a few steps from the table, stuff that makes you want to come back every week. Dispassionate advice? Book in advance and let yourself be surprised. Bravo Caffè is not just a restaurant or a venue: it is an experience.

Il bravo caffè è un riferimento per l'ottima programmazione musicale che propone all'interno di una cornice elegante e con una cura della qualità del suono tutt'altro che scontata. Se volete cenare ascoltando musica di qualità siete nel posto giusto. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo ed il servizio è celere ed attento. Per cui lo consiglio sia per cene tra un piccolo gruppo di amici che in coppia. Consiglio di prenotare per tempo.
