I recently ate at Brasserie du Breithorn and the experience was excellent. I ordered the polenta concia accompanied by stew, and it was simply delicious. The polenta was perfectly seasoned and the stew tender and flavorful. A truly excellent dish, which I highly recommend to anyone who visits the restaurant. A culinary experience that is definitely worth a visit.

We passed by chance and had lunch with a platter of cheeses from the Aosta Valley and cured meats, all excellent. Good wine, well-trained staff, we will definitely be back, thank you

When you go to a place where you feel so comfortable you really want to leave a nice review! Beautiful place (corner with open cellar, display case with cheeses and cured meats) in the center of Champolouc. Excellent service from a young, professional, and very kind team. Exquisite food (we ate fondue). The popcorn cream dessert was also excellent, among the best desserts I've ever eaten, truly brilliant (for us it was excellent to have one for two). Prices are a little above average, but at least you won't leave disappointed. We will definitely be back!

Excellent dishes of excellent quality! Lovely place and very friendly staff. Fair value for money. Definitely one of the best restaurants in the Aosta Valley!

Siamo tornati in questo bellissimo locale abilmente gestito dai giovani proprietari . Abbiamo pranzato sia piatti della tradizione tagliere spettacolare e Fonduta ottima oltre a costine di cinghiale eccellenti cotte 17 h a 60 gradi sottovuoto … Inoltre abbiamo apprezzato i dolci uno in particolare del giorno fantastico Location e personale super Ci torniamo a brevissimo Complimenti

17/08/2024: What a joy to discover this magnificent place in a breathtaking setting overlooked by these mountains of the Grand Paradiso massif! Paradise is found on the plate. It is without hesitation one of the best restaurants in the region! Bravissimo to the whole team!!! In the photo the beef tataki and the raw and cooked prawns and the semi-cooked salmon. For dessert, chocolate ganache.
11/08/2024: I came here with my relatives. Starters not too much for my taste but then I had a beef tartare with also a piece of cooked meat. Very good. Friendly and friendly staff, welcoming and historic venue.

16/07/2024: Ormai una tappa fissa quando transito in zona... Ottimi prodotti, in modo particolare i salumi di Saint Rhemy ovviamente, velocità e cordialità del servizio e prezzi corretti. Un plauso a tutto il personale ma in modo particolare alla titolare alla cassa che ha sempre un sorriso da dispensare.
