Excellent first experience in this place, excellent Valle d'Aosta cutlet, crunchy and tasty breading... the zabaglione cream of the profiteroles was good but it would have been better if hot. Really nice and charming environment.

Saved this place for the last night in Champoluc. Really great evening. Had the shorter charcuterie board to start - amazing. Highlights were the multiple cheeses and the venison. Brother also took the French onion soup and loved it. All 3 of us had the wild boar ribs. Amazing flavour and meat just fell off the bone. Could have done with some carbs with it ? But bread sufficed. Washer down with a bottle of red that was recommended to us by the excellent waiter. Great place.

Locale moderno e accogliente. Personale gentile e professionale. Cucina tipica ma molto ricercata e qualità fuori dal comune. Buona cantina. Prezzi medio-alti.

We are in Champoluc in the splendid Val d'Ayas and here at the brasserie of the historic Hotel Breithorn you eat really well. Special mentions to the lamb shank and the symphony of local cheeses on the cutting board

17/06/2025: Wonderful experience, a journey through unique flavors, colors and emotions. Intimate, elegant and welcoming environment with attentive and friendly service. Each course is a sensational journey, I couldn't say which one I preferred. You can feel the care, dedication and preparation of the staff, who truly deserve my compliments. I hope to return as soon as possible.
17/06/2025: Delicious dishes, cared for in every detail and full of flavor — from appetizers to dessert, every course was impeccable. The service was courteous, attentive and never intrusive. The elegant but welcoming atmosphere makes this place perfect. Absolutely recommended!
