Brasserie du Breithorn In Ayas

Booked on the recommendation of friends and I have to say they were right. Super welcome, advice when ordering, explanation of the products. The dishes are abundant at the right point and excellent quality. In both the sweet and savory options, I found a lot of variety that not all restaurants offer. I also recommend it too. PS. 4-legged friends welcome.

Excellent experience! Delicious food with quality ingredients, welcoming environment, friendly staff. The prices are consistent with the quality of the food served, really tasty dishes cooked to perfection!

Excellent restaurant, quality products and impeccable service, the interior is decorated like a mountain chalet. The meat was tender and very good. It costs around €100 for two people.

Restaurant in Champoluc, right environment, I don't agree with putting 3 couples at tables so close to each other even though the rest of the place wasn't occupied by other tables, for a place like this I expect an intimacy that the couple often seeks. Nothing can be said about the food, excellent cold cuts and cheese platter, all delicious and of a high standard, chocolate fondue with fruit and tiles wonderful and delicious, perfect dinner also accompanied by two glasses of red. Non si può farne a meno. Quando i bimbi rimangono dai “nonni” ci concediamo una bellissima cena nei sapori della val d’Aosta e della valle d’Ayas. Negli ultimi anni questo ristorante e’ andato in crescendo diventando uno dei migliori di CHAMPOLUC. Propone prodotti locali. Dai formaggi prodotti dalla Tchavana, uno dei migliori produttori della valle, ai salumi particolari e ricercati. Il Roesti di patate con guanciale croccante, toma svizzera e uovo è qualcosa di spettacolare. Ultima chicca. Il personale giovane e simpatico e’ il fiore all’occhiello del posto. Andateci. Vi assicuro un’esperienza culinaria di tutto rispetto Ps lo chef un drago. Il personale di sala gentile e preparato. Ci torno ogni estate e ci tornerò. Andateci!!

Always one of my favorite restaurants! Although this time the wild boar ribs were a little too fatty, too bad.

Well done guys.. great food served by smart guys and in a special way by Chiara... Excellent explanation on the types of cheeses we had. We will definitely be back. I recommend it for the high quality of food.
